After experiencing an unexpected problem to my C300 and visiting several Mercedes dealers that wanted to charge an outrageous fee to diagnosis the car, I was referred to European Import Specialists. Met with owner Kelly, she got me in diagnosis the car, found the problem and started ordering parts for the car, along with setting me up with a rental for that day so that I would have a car to get around in while her staff fixed the problem. Never experience anything like that before. I recommed anyone that owns a BMW, Porshe, Mercedes, MINI, Audi and VW to visit European Import Specialists. The Best In Town. Thanks to Kelly and her staff. Job well done.
