I moved to Atlanta from NH a few weeks back and needed a repair shop within a week of being here. I was nervous to take my older Audi to any repair shop because I did not want to have every little problem fixed, I just wanted a honest evaluation of what my car really needed. I was told about European Import Specialists and am so lucky that I found this shop. They got me in immediately and dealt with my issue (the window wouldn't go up) within one day. During the day they called to authorize an additional small repair (window key pad) but charged me only for the part and not the labor. Everyone European Import Specialists is extremely friendly and interested in their customers. They even stayed open late for me to come pick up my car at the end of the day when I got out of work late. As an additional perk they will set you up with a rental car for the day (at the best rates- they don't make any off the top) or organize a cab for you. I will bring my car here as long as I am living in Atlanta and will be lucky to find a shop full of as nice and honest people in another place!
