I recently visited European Import Specialist for a synthetic oil change on my Mercedes S500. It was my first time there and I wasnt sure what to expect. The two ladies at the front were very friendly and helpful. The shop smelled very pleasant and there were two massage chairs to relax in as i waited. They also provided free wifi so I was able to continue my work as I waited. Needless to say they made me feel very comfortable. I didnt have to wait very long at all for my car to be serviced and they even provided me with a free diagnostic. I must say I was thoroughly pleased my experience at European Import Specialist and I will definitely return for my next service
