I always take my Mercedes to Kellie and her team. As a woman, dealing with another woman was very important to me. Kellie always takes the time to explain everything to me and she makes sure I always know my options--there is never a high pressure sales technique like they sometimes do at the dealership. \r

I recently took my car there for service and it needed a repair that EIS doesn't do. Not only did Kellie take care of getting my car back and forth to the other service provider, but she didn't even charge an additional Service fee like some other Auto Repair shops do. I paid the exact same amount that I would have paid had I taken the car to the other place on my own. You just don't find service like that anymore.\r

She has taken such good care of my Mercedes that now I am taking my Mini to her as well. Because of the superior work done at EIS, I have referred a friend to her (another woman) who is just as satisfied with the service. \r
