I consider myself a good mechanic, and when I can't fix something, it is generally a pretty expensive and time-consuming repair.
When I brought my BMW to European Import Specialists, I had already heard great things, but they went above my expectations. The staff members were super friendly and accommodating. They diagnosed the car and gave me a list of things that needed repaired. They provided them in order of importance and difficulty to repair so I could remain within my budget. They took the time to explain their entire business to me. They gave me cookies, worked fast on my car and had me out very quickly with a car that was ready for the road. Then a few days later, I received a hand-written Christmas card, thanking me for my business.
They genuinely care about their customers and their business. It shows. They are a genuine shop. Please be wise and avoid the dealers (AKA ""stealers"").
