I went to European Imports twice already where I did not get charged for the services because it was so minor. I even got a quick lesson on where to put coolant! Definitely won't ...

Completely Impressed.... 9/3/2011

I actually found EIS through Yelp, after countlessing taking my BMW in to be serviced/maintained and only to never walk out of the dealer repair shop paying well over a grand each time. EIS not only quickly fixed my repair and service items, but they ACTUALLY detailed my engine that still had splatter from when the BMW dealer fixed a coolant leak! To imagine I had paid thousands of dollars at a dealer and a simple wiping down of the engine wasn't warranted really rubbed me wrong. Great job, EIS....I'll definitely be back! more

If you have a Bimmer, its definitely the place to go!! 8/11/2011

I found out about European import specialist via internet, however after calling and being greeted in the upmost friendliest and professional manner, they were very busy, however they worked me into the schedule. I decided to take my 745 into their shop. Once arriving, I received the same type of greeting. The service was excellent and what was more important is they beat everyone's prices by a long shot. I had been going to the dealership for years, that will no longer be the case. I highly recommend European Import Specialist to everyone. more

Great service at reasonable price 7/8/2011

Wow, what a great concept. After many years of getting overcharged for repair from dealers with bad attitude I found EIS. Trained, knowledgeable technicians who serviced my car after explaining everything fully and even recommended not replacing everything they could. And all of the parts were direct from Porsche. It was a great experience, and the car is running like new. more

Your highend auto needs European Import Specialists 6/13/2011

Thanks European Import Specialists for getting my car back on the road. As a new owner of a used S500 Mercedes I didn?t know where to start to have my work done. After internet search I found European Import Specialists. I?ve had the car in twice for service and work. A problem arose and I have never known of an auto repair, including dealerships that have worked so hard in making something right. They have stood by their work and I will be returning when ever my Mercedes needs special attention. more

European Import Specialists is by far the best BMW specialist in Atlanta. Now on my third BMW I wish I had known about this place years ago. I first came to EIS at the recommendation of a co-worker who, along with many members of her family and friends, utilizes the services of EIS. I find them to be very knowledgeable about BMWs from simplest parts to complicated diagnostics, all the while explaining it in a manner that is understandable and reassuring. From the owner, to the front desk to the mechanics that care for my car, I have found them all to be kind, honest, knowledgeable and very professional. In a stressful world filled with economic uncertainty, the one thing I am certain about is that I will never take my car any place else other than EIS. I have and will continue to highly recommend them to anyone who actually seeks a service provider who cares for their car as much as they do. more

I found European Import Specialist based on other reviews and I was not disappointed. They offer great service and are very friendly. I had several repairs done to my BMW and called around to other places to compare pricing. They turned out to have the best prices around and took no time to complete the work. more

Awesome!! 2/24/2011

I was referred to EIS by a relative who sends his BMWs there. I am now a loyal customer of EIS. Kellie and Jenna are awesome-- very knowledgeable, customer/client centered and all around great to work with. Of course BMW (and other automakers) have you scared to take your car to anyone but the dealership. I trust the staff there with my vechicle and they are very competitively priced. In fact, I live 2.5 hrs away, in South Georgia, but plan to have my car serviced and repaired at EIS whenever I am in the Atlanta area b/c I believe that it is well worth it. I have since purchased a Porsche and it will be serviced by EIS as well. Thanks! -jn. more

Great Customer Service!!! 2/22/2011

My best friend told me about her recent (awesome) experiences with European Import Specialists. My BMW's serpentine belt went out in the middle of rush hour one morning. I pulled over at a gas station/mechanic while I figured out what to do next. He told me what the problem was and that he could fix it, but that he wouldn't have the parts my car required until the end of the day. Remembering my friend's recommendation about European Import Specialists, I called Kellie. more

Breath of fresh air 1/2/2011

My mom's BMW needed service after being serviced, at her regular mechanic's shop. They failed to fix the issue after the engine light turned on. Needless to say I got online and located EIS and got Kellie on the phone, she knew the very issue we were experiencing and quoted a reasonable price. Issue resolved with a few extra touchesunder the hood. EIS and their team are very professional, reasonable and knowledgeable I would recommend their service in the future with all my import needs. Excellent experience for a lifetime!!! 11/4/2010

My wife took my BMW there to have the back window replaced and to my surpise was someone that refered to us on a first name basis as well as last name. Kellie is such as kind and helpful person. I would seriously reccommend anyone who owns a BMW to go for the great service and friendly hospitality. The smiles at EIS are free and the experience will be everlasting. Kellie & the guys are the best!!!! This is my second 528 (1983 & 99) that I've taken to EIS. Kellie has always been knowledgeable, responsive & professional. The mechanics (Keith, Ron & Justin ) have always been top notch. No matter your auto knowledge level, they will explain the work to be done so you understand it and give you a fair, honest, reasonable estimate. Repairs are done in a timely manner. The waiting area is comfortable with television, wireless access, refreshments and sometimes entertainment from the personable staff. After I had a wreck, EIS helped fix problems missed by a bad body-shop. I love EIS & you will too!!!!! V from Acworth more

Finally an auto shop with soul! 9/21/2010

Finding a good, competent, reliable and affordable shop for the after warranty work phase of owning a BMW is like discovering an acclaimed neuro surgeon. This is definately the case with European Import Specialists. Took my '04 545i in today for an oil service and was charged less than $90 when the dealer quoted $160. In and out in 45 min. while I waited in their comfortable lounge area. Kelly was professional and extremely knowledgable about the car and treated me like a real valued customer. Imagine that? Jenn was fabulous at the front and was so p;easant when I was greeted as a new client. This is your place. Go try them out and you will feel like me....like you made a rare find. more

great work on MB C230 8/30/2010

My 2002 MB C230 has reached an age where the dealer doesn't always know how to fix it. I tried EIS and they resolved an oil pressure problem in one visit. I waited 3 weeks to be sure the problem didn't return before posting this. I'm very happy with their staff and work, so I'd give them the highest recommendation. more

Great service on a 2002 Porsche Carrera 7/28/2010

Excellent service and the price can't be beat. Work on my car for 1.5 days and it runs perfect, new clutch and pressure plate. My 2002 Porsche wit 82,000 miles runs perfect. I'm taking the wife's Mini Cooper for service and I will get my oil change done by them too. Pros: Excellent price and work Cons: None to be noted more

Great Service-Great Price 4/15/2010

After taking my 530 to the dealership and finding out that it would cost a small fortune for the repairs that I needed I started shopping around for certified repair centers- after calling a few and being put on indefinite hold or simply told that I needed to make an appt for pricing- I called European Import Specialist and spoke to Kelly- she was kind, courteous, knowledgable and the prices were beyond reasonable- After the repairs were finished I was more than pleased and I have not had any problems since- I highly recommend.... more
