I visited European Import about 2 weeks ago because my computer in my X5 kept lighting up that my coolant level was low. I came back out to realize that it was pouring out on the ground at about 10 min to 5. I was referred to them by a coworker that had never visited their business before. Well when I pulled up all of the service men were gone for the day but the nice young ladies in the front came out to assit me. I was aked if I wanted to leave it there until tomorrow and offered a rental car. Upon opening they called me to tell me the problem and the price. I received very good service and I will return if I have any more issues. They are honest people and they even send thank you cards in the mail.
