Not unexpectedly, our 21-year-old Heat Pump system finally gave us enough repeat problems to justify its replacement. Because quality visits by Dipple technicians to isolate our multiple problems, I chose them to do the work. Ross King spend a couple of hours with us determining the best system to serve our needs and alleviate our concerns and worked diligently to insure we had the best price available. Vince Harell and Luis Medina were the technicians who accompished the complete 2.5 ton heat pump system in one day. The work was quality all the way and the technicians were outstanding in all aspects including total respect of our home while pulling out and replacing the half of the system that was in the attic. I would recommend this company and its people to anyone needing good service across the board.
