The hardest part about my new closet was haffing to clean out the old one! I LOVE what Shellie Miller did for me when she came to my house. she measured and showed me all the colors and she made pictures on her computer so I could see exactly what it could look like. When they put it in a fw weeks later, it was nicer than I thought it would be. Nice work closet factory and Shellie :) more

I thought the prices here were pretty high until the person they sent to evaluate my situation (Shellie Miller) explained the quality of materials and there lifetime warranty. I'm going to live in this house a long time so I really liked that. When I went to the showroom I was super impressed with all of the choices and hw organized everything is. I'm really happy with my decision to do business with the Closet Factory. Thanks for changing my mind Shellie! more

Closet Factory has always been a win for me! Because I flip homes, one of the final things I do with each new one is make sure the storage is such that a buyer will have as much as possible. Since my last designer moved away, they sent Shellie Miller to measure my latest house and she had some great ideas! As usual, everything went well and I will continue to partner with the Closet Factory and Shellie when it comes to closets, laundry rooms and any storage areas that need to be maximized. more

We worked with Amy on our design. I can tell you it is honestly like buying a car and trying to pick out options you want. When you talk to other companies and put forth effort, you can see what separates Closet Factory from everyone else that is in the market. Amy spent so much time with us designing what WE wanted and what WE needed. Before we left the showroom, we had digital 3D plans/pictures of what it would look like. To me, this was my only negative was having to drive to the showroom. Amy kept in contact with us and was always available. I can tell you, we spent a significant amount of money on our system that was put in. With that being said, we are overly happy and we would NEVER be able to have a house without custom closets. It is expensive, but we have had our's for over 2 months and could never ever go back to wire racks! If you are considering it, it is well worth the investment. more

We worked with Amy Mendez and we were extremely happy we got her as our designer. She was so knowledgeable and so professional. Never did we feel pressured, just educated on the companies, competition and of course the material. She designed a few spaces for us including all of our closets, pantry and laundry room. We met at the showroom where she gave us a tour and I must say it was quite impressive! They have a beautiful showroom that is definitely worth the drive. She then presented us with 3D drawings of each designed space and we were able to choose all the colors and styles!. What an experience from beginning to end. We love our closets and the installation went great. They have a great crew over there at Closet Factory! We highly Recommend Amy and the Closet Factory Team! more

I am so thankful to have met Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. I had met with other closet companies and none of them compared to the professionalism and talent displayed by Jeanne in the first five minutes I met with her. It was like she knew exactly what I wanted closets and she took the time to inventory all of my shoes, pocket books and everything in my closet, so she could customize the perfect space I needed. The way she handled herself and helped me choose everything, price was never an issue because I knew I could not get the closet she was designing anywhere else. Thank you Jeanne. more

When I called The Closet Factory about our closet that had fallen down, I didn't expect such a kind little lady to show up! Shellie Miller evaluated our situation, made expert suggestions and often referred to keeping costs down. My husband and I were vry pleased with her knowledge and professional ways, and the installllers were also focused on their task which was finsihed ahead of schedule. Excellent all the way around! more

We love the work Closet Factory did. We wandered into Closet Factory one Saturday and happened to meet Mark Sidell who as we found out is one of top Designers in the US. We found out why. Mark made the design process a pleasure and made sure we stayed within our budget. The work is gorgeous and we have already referred friends and business associates to Mark as well. We we're so lucky that the closet factory sent Shellie Miller to measure our laundry room and garage for organization . She took her time in measuring and then sat down to ask a lot of questions about our needs and expectations. After a few days, we toured the factory, which was very neat and organized. My husband and I were treated to coffee, snacks and genuine hospitality while Shellie showed us custom plans in three dimensions. The closet factory and Shellie offered and delivered far more than we ever expected! more

We never had custom closets done before, but we knew after building our home that we needed to get them done. It was the only way we would be and stay organized. After meeting with our designer Amy Mendez, we knew she would be the one to help us get there. She was extremely professional and explained the ""do's"" and ""don'ts"" to designing a proper closet. We were actually able to see what the closets we even going to look like before hand, (like HGTV) . I've never been so organized in my entire life!! We are so pleased and happy with the entire process from the very beginning to the end. Leave it to a reputable Company and talented designers. more

Shellie Miller was sent to my home when I called The Closet Factory. I was sure that I knew exactly the floor plan that I needed, but she had far better ideas and was a pleasure to work with. She was able to show me a 3D image of her layout that was more well-planned and took into account the fact that I shouldn't be hanging clothes so close to the doorway or I couldn't walk in! That's why they are the professionals. more

We have used the Closet Factory in the past and been pleased. Our previous designer moved away so they sent Shellie Miller when we called while renovating our new home. We needed our master closet planned carefully around several obstacles like an alarm system and a safe. Shellie came up with an excellent plan and it turned out even better than my husband and I had hoped! We have glass shelves, two jewelry drawers, a giant belt rack and more room for shoes than we thought was possible. The quality is outstanding and the service was perfect from start to finish. We highly recommend Shellie and the Closet Factory! more

Just moved into our new home and we had no closets! We called Closet Factory and Amy Mendez was our designer sent to us. She executed the designs right there on her design program. She was so knowledgeable and we never felt pressured. She just educated us on the company, the product and the competition. We felt so comfortable with her and loved the designs she did for us. The installation went perfectly and we are so happy with our new closets. Thank you Amy and the Closet Factory staff! I Highly recommend. more

Amy Mendez oversaw a project for our church. She designed and planned everything very well. She, on several occasions, went out of her way to supplement the project with some slight changes. I would recommend her highly. She is a true asset to the Closet Factory more
