My master bedroom closets had the standard wire racks and I had it packed to full capacity. One of the closet racks got so heavy it collapsed so I decided it was time to get a custom closet. I mostly wanted it to help organize my things and of course fit all that I have. I had a company come out to quote me. The women was very nice but when I asked questions like will all my stuff fit, she said ???I think so???! I lost confidence in her. I saw an ad for The Closet Factory and decided to call. I received a call back and they scheduled an appointment with Lori Kasten. When Lori came to my home I knew fifteen minutes later I was going to place my order with her. After telling me her background with years of experience and the company???s history she showed me tons of pictures of her work. She had so many images on her iPad. It also showed all the different options with the little details and accessories available. I wasn???t aware that besides closets they also did custom garages, entertainment centers and more. The thing that really made me feel most confident with Lori was that she counted every pair of shoes I own. She even counted all my clothes and measures the lengths of my shirts, pants and dresses! She is a professional at what she does and she???s also very nice and friendly. I sat with her for over three hours and it felt like I was sitting with a friend. My closets turned out beautiful and I love them. THANK YOU LORI!
