I am a business owner and I first heard about Champion AC at Solar Fest, which is a festival about energy saving and going green.
Just 3 days later, I had problems with the AC unit at my business and we called the people who initially installed the unit. They gave us a quote that seemed reasonable at the time as well as a rough estimate of time in which they would be there. When they did not show up at that time, we called Champion AC.
Champion AC had someone out there in 15 minutes, plus they fixed the problem for half the price the other company had quoted us. It was unbelievable.
That was 3 or 4 months ago and I have since used Champion to move my outside AC unit at my house because I had a pool installed. Their people came out, gave me a quote and talked about what they would do and how I wanted it to look. Again, they did the job for half the price of another quote I had gotten.
One of the things that really distinguishes Champion AC is that they are very personable -- both Ben and his workers. Both times I used them, they listened to what I wanted and did what they said they were going to do in a timely manner.
