My two main problems with my body were, my midsection (you know, that excess flab that rolls over your pants when you sit down!), and my arms. I had been to the gym, and tried different classes, but I never got the results I was looking for. When I heard about Doug?s boot camp, it sounded different than anything I had done before, so I thought, why not. Within the first month I noticed drastic changes in my body. Everything was getting tighter and stronger; even my fiance noticed! Until one day, as I was sitting down I caught my profile in the mirror, and my roll was gone! My stomach and sides were completely flat, and my arms, well, I finally had the rock-star arms I had always wanted!\r
