Doug's Boot Camp is the best ALL body workout EVER.. After day one of boot camp you will be hooked, IT is so much fun that you forget you are working out. AND the best part is that you feel results after your first workout session (I know I sound crazy) but you seriously feel your body different and within a week or two you CAN see, and others will SEE the results in you. I have been a returning client even after reaching my desired goal. It's just great to workout with someone who is inspiring, motivating and really cares about the results his clients want to get. Doug & his Boot Camp ROck_ and there is no other trainer like him.. Doug guarantees results and YOu will not regret your decision to take care of yourself/ health with Doug's help : ) Pros: Example: best croissants in town Cons: What are the drawbacks? more

Ready to Get Fit? 3/1/2009

After attending Doug Rice's Boot Camp for 6 months I went from a size 14 to a size 8. I am a very busy person and hate feeling like I am doing something and not getting results, that is NOT the case with THIS boot camp! After the first week of sessions I noticed a difference in my mid-section, arms, and back. This total-body workout experience is amazing, keeps you going for the entire hour. Doug has a great attitude toward fitness, healthy eating, and healthy life style choices. I was an athlete in college and thought that I had pushed myself to my fitness limits, but Doug helped me push through those limits and reach a different level of total body fitness! I always recommend this Boot Camp to friends and so I will recommend it to you! Do it, you wont regret it! more

Best workout of my life!!!! 2/17/2009

This review does not give me enough space to write about how much I love Doug?s Bootcamp. My first class I was so nervous and I had no clue what I got myself into?plus I knew I was not in shape (unless round is a shape, lol). After my second session, I was hooked! Doug?s Bootcamp was so much fun that I started looking forward to Mondays (even though it meant the beginning of a new work week). After a few months, I noticed I had muscle tone in places I never knew could look so pretty! I even received compliments on how good my back and shoulders looked. I started losing weight and having a blast while doing it! The workouts never got boring and I felt great after each session. Doug truly knows how to get ya moving. I also met some great friends! With Doug?s enthusiasm and friendly faces, it was so easy to push myself to workout harder ? class would be over before I knew it. For the first time in a long time, I am excited about bikini season. Thank you Doug! You rock! more

Doug got me back in shape! 2/17/2009

I woke up one day after a softball game and realized that I was so sore that I could barely move. That's when I decided to make a real effort to get back into shape. But I hated going to the gym. So I asked my fiance (now wife) Lisa, who was already attending Doug's Bridal Boot Camp and raving about how great of a workout she was getting, if Doug would be willing to train me. Doug accepted the challenge and I have been attending his workouts for two+ years. And now I can honestly say that I'm in the best shape of my life! Doug's focus on strength training and interval training has vastly improved my running times and my overall physical and mental health. I continue to train with Doug and don't plan on stopping. I have never felt better! 2/17/2009

I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I signed up for\r Doug's Bootcamp, but I knew that I had really high expectations of\r the way that I wanted to look and feel. Doug and his Bootcamp pushed me to work harder than I ever have,\r and I came out a new person-with a new toned body and\r a new outlook on the way that I work out. All you need is 3 hours\r a week (that's all!) with Doug to start looking and feeling like a\r new person. Bootcamp was the greatest thing that I could have ever\r done for myself and I will always be grateful to Doug for helping me\r exceed my expectations. :) more

A Bootcamp That Gives Results 2/17/2009

If you?re anything like me, then you most likely lack\r some discipline when it comes to exercise and fitness.\r I knew I would need some help if I was going to look the\r way I wanted. Going to the gym or trying some type of new fad diet\r wasn?t going to cut it. I started on Doug?s boot camp and within the\r first month I had lost about 10 pounds. Now that is\r some motivation! His exercises and circuit training\r was very effective. Best Workout Ever! 2/16/2009

I've always been active, running or playing sports, but Bootcamp with Doug is by far the best workout I've ever had. I originally joined to loose weight and look great for my wedding, but I just keep coming back for more. Doug's workouts are intense and fun. He keeps things varied so we never get bored. He works arms, legs, abs all in one workout, and I never thought I would enjoy running so much! I lost the weight I was never able to loose, and I've never felt better. Best decision I ever made! 2/16/2009

I made a pact with myself that over the course of the next several months I was going to really work hard and do what it would take to feel better about my body image. I began eating sensibly and I also joined Doug Rice?s boot camp. At first I didn?t think I could possibly fit anything more into my schedule. As it turns out, joining Doug?s boot camp was probably one of the best decisions I made. He was able to motivate me and keep me going when I felt like I wanted to quit. I was thrilled to find out that I could actually target certain areas of my body that I was ?extra concerned? about. In a matter of weeks I?d lost at least 10 lbs, my body fat % was reduced and I?d lost inches in all the right places. I looked amazing and what was even more important to me is that I FELT amazing. This same sentiment was confirmed by all the complements I received from friends and family, and especially my husband. more

Best workout with a fantastic result 2/16/2009

As a mother of 3 I never thought I can do such a workout. I was forced by my daughter to sign-up for Doug's booth camp and I have to say that was the best thing I have ever done in my life. Dougs work ethic, disipline and fun athmosphire made me get up early mornings to exercise and have fun at the same time. He works with every level but at the same time he pushes you to your highest level. The result I've got from his boot camp was amazing . I felt so much better overall and had so much energy to do my work. My body is toned and in great shape. I will recommand his boot camp to everyone without hesitation. more

Amazing workouts! 2/15/2009

Drive, motivation, and fun is what Doug brought to my life. I looked the best I've ever looked after training with his workout program. I was never a big runner growing up and I remember Doug actually teaching me what a ""sprint"" really is - during the cardio parts of the workout, I never thought I could do it - but he brought me to a different level of working out where I pushed myself beyond what I thought was possible. Every exercise - \r using my own body or the balance disc, was challenging enough to \r transform my muscles and help me lose body fat - and do-able enough to keep me \r coming back and raise my confidence level immensely I felt so proud to have achieved the goals Doug and I set when we first met. His workouts are simply the best! more

Doug is great! 2/14/2009

I showed up to boot camp not knowing what to expect. By only my fourth class,I had never felt better! I was amazed at how quickly I was getting into shape! Doug focused our workout on cardio, weights, balance and endurance. Everything we needed to transform ourselves. In no time, I looked fabulous, (if I may say so myself!). \r I not only transformed myself physically, but also transformed myself internally as well. I FELT incredible. Having tried the gym routine on my own--from treadmill to stairmaster to many hour-long sessions with a personal trainer--I just wasn?t getting the rapid results I wanted. Bootcamp is Hard and Fun 2/14/2009

I have been going to Doug's bootcamp for 5 months and I now have muscle definition EVERYWHERE! I have never looked better. I know this is because people keep coming up to me and saying ""You look amazing! What have you been doing?"" I proudly grin and say ""Bootcamp."" I feel like SuperWoman! Doug keeps me motivated. He has a way of making the hardest workout you will ever do the most fun workout you will ever do. By going to Bootcamp, I have made friends who have the same fitness goals that I do, which is tough to find elsewhere. Remember when you have agreed to go to the gym with your fitness buddy and then your pal punks out on you after a couple of weeks? That doesn't happen here because the people in bootcamp are serious about their workouts! It's not a lazy workout, so come prepared to get sweaty and get ready to buy a new wardrobe. None of my old clothes fit me anymore! Pros: Outdoors, great support, lots of energy, kicks my butt everytime! more

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I absolutely love Doug?s boot camp. Doug helped me get in the best shape of my life and not only offered me training advice but nutrition advice too!! After training with Doug I could finally fit into my ?skinny pants? that I refused to give away in hopes I would one day fit back into them. It is everything anyone could hope for in a boot camp. Doug?s positive outlook and encouragement each session motivated me to push myself to the limit and I left wanting to come back for more. I highly recommend this boot camp to anyone no matter how ?out of shape? you feel, you can trust Doug will change that! more

I think I'm addicted 2/14/2009

I began bootcamp about 7 months ago, thinking I would only go for a few sessions, I'm still going strong. Doug is an amazing trainer that manages to give a different full body workout each time. I have lost 20 pounds, actually have biceps now, increased my endurance and confidence, while making some good friends along the way. My two main problems with my body were, my midsection (you know, that excess flab that rolls over your pants when you sit down!), and my arms. I had been to the gym, and tried different classes, but I never got the results I was looking for. When I heard about Doug?s boot camp, it sounded different than anything I had done before, so I thought, why not. Within the first month I noticed drastic changes in my body. Good for the body and spirit 2/13/2009

During my first session, I encountered my physical limitations and doubted myself. But with the help of my trainer and the others in our class, I soon gained a sense of determination and focus to push myself to new heights. Not only did I start to see results in my body within a week's time, but I felt different on the inside. The workout provides a powerful outlet for you to let go and release stress and allows you that 1 hour of the day when you can be centered within yourself. Nothing Better 2/13/2009

\r \r I was at my heaviest ever. I started doing pilates, jogging, trying to eat healthy, but the results were hardly noticeable. I knew I needed to step it up. Bathing suit body 2/12/2009

By the second month of training with Doug, I slipped into my bathing suit to lounge by the pool, my girlfriends were amazed at the way my body looked. As a busy medical resident at a major training hospital, my girlfriends wondered how I had the time to work out and diet. With Doug?s workout system, I only had to put in three hours a week to start transforming my flabby, un-toned body into the defined, lean and tight body I had always dreamed of having.
