After attending Doug Rice's Boot Camp for 6 months I went from a size 14 to a size 8. I am a very busy person and hate feeling like I am doing something and not getting results, that is NOT the case with THIS boot camp! After the first week of sessions I noticed a difference in my mid-section, arms, and back. This total-body workout experience is amazing, keeps you going for the entire hour. Doug has a great attitude toward fitness, healthy eating, and healthy life style choices. I was an athlete in college and thought that I had pushed myself to my fitness limits, but Doug helped me push through those limits and reach a different level of total body fitness!
