During my first session, I encountered my physical limitations and doubted myself. But with the help of my trainer and the others in our class, I soon gained a sense of determination and focus to push myself to new heights. Not only did I start to see results in my body within a week's time, but I felt different on the inside. The workout provides a powerful outlet for you to let go and release stress and allows you that 1 hour of the day when you can be centered within yourself. Your smile grows and you are able to have a more restful night's sleep. I know that this commitment to boot camp was one of the best things I did. \r
