I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I signed up for\r
Doug's Bootcamp, but I knew that I had really high expectations of\r
the way that I wanted to look and feel. Doug and his Bootcamp pushed me to work harder than I ever have,\r
and I came out a new person-with a new toned body and\r
a new outlook on the way that I work out. All you need is 3 hours\r
a week (that's all!) with Doug to start looking and feeling like a\r
new person. Bootcamp was the greatest thing that I could have ever\r
done for myself and I will always be grateful to Doug for helping me\r
exceed my expectations. :)
