Doug's Boot Camp is the best ALL body workout EVER.. After day one of boot camp you will be hooked, IT is so much fun that you forget you are working out. AND the best part is that you feel results after your first workout session (I know I sound crazy) but you seriously feel your body different and within a week or two you CAN see, and others will SEE the results in you.
