I've always been active, running or playing sports, but Bootcamp with Doug is by far the best workout I've ever had. I originally joined to loose weight and look great for my wedding, but I just keep coming back for more. Doug's workouts are intense and fun. He keeps things varied so we never get bored. He works arms, legs, abs all in one workout, and I never thought I would enjoy running so much! I lost the weight I was never able to loose, and I've never felt better. After one workout, you'll be hooked too!
