A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I absolutely love Doug?s boot camp. Doug helped me get in the best shape of my life and not only offered me training advice but nutrition advice too!! After training with Doug I could finally fit into my ?skinny pants? that I refused to give away in hopes I would one day fit back into them. It is everything anyone could hope for in a boot camp. Doug?s positive outlook and encouragement each session motivated me to push myself to the limit and I left wanting to come back for more. I highly recommend this boot camp to anyone no matter how ?out of shape? you feel, you can trust Doug will change that!
