Annual heater service 10/1/2016

Brandon was professional and pleasant to deal with. He understood I'm aware of the issues and did not repeat all to me but stated briefly the issues. Very helpful and even re-secured a vent in one bedroom. more

Chris Silberman experience 9/28/2016

Had the pleasure of interacting with Chris Silberman today, and it was the best experience with Bonney I've ever had; and I've had a ton of great experiences with them! After quickly assessing and fixing the issue Chris Silberman took the time to explain the root cause of the problem, and gave great tips for avoiding it in the future. He also gave some great background info on other issues I could look out for and how to prevent them. If I had the option to have a personal HVAC technician it would definitely be Chris Silberman. Winter Heating check 9/27/2016

Kirk the service man that came out was spot on time. He checked our system out for three hours almost. Checked every little detail out and offered suggestions to cut our electrical usage. Outstanding knowledge and professionalism. I could not have been happier 5 stars if there were six stars I would give him that. Thanks again Kirk more

Technician Robert Castle 9/23/2016

Robert has been to our home twice for maintenance of our HVAC units. He is thorough and reliable, and I trust that he has our best interests in mind. I rarely feel comfortable having anyone working in areas of our home, but Robert is focused on his work and is very pleasant to have around! more

Water Heater Service 9/19/2016

Bonney representative (David Bradley) fulfilled Bonney's mailout offer for water heater service thoroughly and efficiently. He arrived early on the day of our call, took ample time to complete draining and cleaning, and assessed replacement needs and cost estimates without sales pressure. This service call was very helpful. more

Scott's the man 9/9/2016

Had a good experience working with Mr. McNair. He was thorough in explaining the circumstances under which the bill might be higher than the amount described & although I had a discount postcard for line cleaning, he ended up giving me a 10% senior discount for resetting a tripped garbage disposal. He left me a tool & showed me how to reset it should I have the same thing occur again; I was delighted. We discussed the possibility of replacing one of my home's two toilets & he left a cost estimate. He did everything I asked. I felt Bonney's policies were sound. Since they also do Heating & Air, I inquired about insulation, but they don't that. I was surprised! He asked if I wanted to be a member for a year for $99 with certain benefits which I declined b/c I already had some of the benefits offered. more

Bonney Plumbing, Heating and Air 8/25/2016

My AC just stop working one day. I called Bonney and they were able to have someone come out the next morning. Vitaliy was the technician that came out. He was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell Vitaliy knew what he was doing. He quickly took a look around and was able to figure out that a low voltage fuse wasn't working. He explain the cost to replace and switched it out. He made sure the AC was working before he left and made sure I didn't have any other questions. He was quick, professional, knowledgeable and you can't ask for much more. I would highly recommend calling Bonney and asking for Vitaliy! more

Great Service from Bonney 8/24/2016

Nick showed up and was very friendly. Got to work to fix the problem and went up to our attic. Found a loose wire reattached it and fixed the problem. Thus we paid the BAM price of $49 for the repair. Great experience more
