Bobby Turlington lead installer and his crew Matt McCay and Ryan Moore were fantastic. I appreciate that Bobby took the time to let me know what was going to be done and if I had any concerns or questions before they started. Bobby and his crew put down a cloth cover to protect my carpet before they worked, this is the type of care and service you will receive when doing business with Bonney. When I walked outside to view where the unit with the fan had been installed, all the work had been done very neatly and organized. I would like to thank Bobby, Matt & Ryan for the excellent work and customer service. more

Brittany Britland HVAC Tech 5/13/2016

Brittany Britland HVAC Tech was very thorough in checking the A/C system. This involved inspecting the furnace in the attic. Brittany presented photos of potential problem areas and discussed our options. Brittany made the repairs/replacement parts in a timely matter. The work areas were left clean. I would highly recommend this technician. I can not tell how competitive the prices of Bonney Plumbing & Heating are but I get a discount with BAM plan more

Great service for Air Conditioning Maintenance 5/3/2016

Andrew P. came out to do my scheduled maintenance for the Air/Heat. He did a great job, as all employees I have had contact with do. He seemed a little shy, but did explain what he was doing and why. Keep up the good work Andrew and Bonney's. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Just too bad they don't go as far south as Escalon/Manteca area. more

Comfort 4/21/2016

During a routine maintenance inspection Eddie was very detailed in explaining his finding to me and my husband. He identified problems we were having for years and said that he could help us be more comfortable in our home than we have ever been. Therefore we followed his recommendations and decided to buy a new heating and air conditioning system along with new venting and so far we have been very excited with the results!!!! Eddie seemed very knowledgable and professional. We are very thankful for his help! more

service and installation 4/20/2016

starting from the first experience when my ac unit went out last year, the technician was polite and courteous and explained the condition of my unit and why it broke down to my wife and again to me over the phone as i was in the hospital, he then repaired the system for me to get cooling until i came home from the hospital. when i was ready to move forward i called and then met justin who was kind and delt with me on a personal level and explained to me the benifits and savings and how it would be benificial to me and my family. he also credited back the repairs i did to get me through the last summer, following that the crew that came out which included rick martinez, ryan, and jory were very professional and took care of the removal and installation like it was there own homes down to the smallest detail. the biggest thing was the attention to detail and how they cleaned up after themselves. kudos to bonney thank you for your excellent service. more

Gabriel was pleasant to deal with and did his work skill and he explained what he was doing. He answered many questions I have. Bonney Plumbing was prompt in meeting their scheduled appointment. Their BAM program is a good idea and a good price. They called to remind us it is time to check our units. more

Shane was courteous and knowledgeable,easy to talk to and ask questions of. Being a senior female some things can be most daunting. Shane was a wealth of knowledge about the services Bonney supplies. He actually asked us what we wanted and listened. I definitely plan to have him (Bonney) do more work. No fear in calling this company.......... more

On a more personal note...since your entering unknown places and unfamiliar clients it would be best if the service techs left the cologne for the date nights and not worn during business hours.
