Thermostat 7/28/2016

Scott was very professional. He explained what the problem could be and solutions to the problem. He fixed the problem at this point but eventually I probably will need a new thermostat. I appreciated the fact that their was no high pressure to buy at this time. more

HAVC service 7/15/2016

Gabriel Hynie came to service my air conditioner and found a defective part and fix it and also checked to see about my warranty. My warranty was still in effect part was replaced on the spot. Gabriel was courteous and I found very knowledgeable . I have been using Bonney Plumbing for 5 years and found that they have the best crew out of all the services I've used. I recommend them to friends and family. more

HVAC-Smart Vent Repair 7/11/2016

Kirk Edens, Bonney's HVAC Service Technician, was courteous and professional, and, best of all, found the problem why our Smart Vent was not working on auto for the last 18 months. Kirk replaced the board on our Smart Vent in June 2016, and it has been working on the Thermostat's Auto Setting ever since that replacement. We are so happy to have it working properly. Bonney Plumbing 7/8/2016

A few weeks ago Dustin from Bonney Plumbing came out to my mothers home to address a sewer problem she was having. He diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate for repair, which was a lot more than we had expected so we said we'd get back to him. After talking it over with my mother we decided to have him complete the job. My mother can be difficult to deal with when it comes to repairs because she is older and does not understand how everything works. Dustin answered all of her questions and was extremely patient with her. He put her at ease with the concerns she had about the job, which is not always an easy task when dealing with my mom. I would recommend Dustin to anyone in need of a plumber. He did an awesome job and was very professional. more
