Clogged Sink 1/11/2017

First time using Bonney and I would not hesitate to use them again. Customer service was excellent from the employee on the phone to the technician (Brandon C) who came to my home. Brandon was very personable, professional and took the time to teach me a few things about plumbing. I would recommend this company to anyone. more

Plumbing 1/10/2017

We had a water leak in our kitchen, called Bonney and scheduled a service call. Not only did we receive 2 calls to confirm they also called and offered an earlier time slot. Jeremy F worked fast, was very knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. We are very happy with the repair as well as the new Faucette install. Really great service!!! more

Heating inspection visit 1/10/2017

THis is the 2nd time Joey, our technician, has been to our house. He was here last summer for a air conditioner repair. He remembered us and our system. Joey arrived on time and explained what he was going to do before beginning. He went over what he found when he was finished and emailed the report to my husband. more

Efficient and courteous service 12/30/2016

Nothing strikes more fear in me than finding water on the floor next to the toilet before a holiday weekend! I immediately called Bonney and they said they could send someone late that afternoon. Michael F. arrived well within the promised window of time and quickly diagnosed the problem--roots growing! He worked diligently, addressed the problem and reset the toilet. Thank you, Michael F., and Bonney. We will call Bonney for all our Plumbing needs. more

Had no heat 12/21/2016

Furnace stopped working even though annual inspection and maintenance done.Very cold day and freezing cold inside the house. Vitaliy came out the following morning, took great pains to diagnose what happened and explain the mechanism of the system and the cause of the problem; then drove to get the replacement part, drove back within an hour, and replaced the defective unit. Showed us the defective part and where the elements had failed. Tested the heat settings and explained what upcoming preventive maintenance might have to be done in the future. Outstanding service. more

Shawn M. came out and replaced our leaking faucet. He noticed it was still under warranty, so he replaced it with a new one for no charge!! He was quick and extremely nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Bonney Plumbing again and request Shawn!! more

Prompt and competent service 12/14/2016

I was shocked to see standing water under my kitchen sink! I called Bonney Plumbing and they sent out Mike F. early the next day. When he arrived, no leak was apparent anywhere. He competently reviewed with me the possibilities for what could have happened. Without any sales pressure, he let me decide what course of action I wanted to take to make sure it did not happen again. He thoroughly addressed costs as well. I decided to replace the faucet and he came the next day and installed it along with other work I authorized. He was polite, pleasant, competent and cleaned up after. I will call Bonney for future Plumbing needs. more

Plumbing problem 12/13/2016

Dustin completed the work and our plumbing needs were met. We had a secondary problem and he returned and fixed it. Dustin presented himself very well and was courteous, pleasant and was totally focused on the work at hand. Would recommend him to other potential customers. more

Matt represents his employer very well! In addition to his obvious professionalism and knowledge he was very respectful establishing rapport and instilling a feeling of competence. He reviewed what he had done, using his tablet to show exactly what was done and why. Additionally, he recommended an additional procedure to be done today and explained the Pros and Cons. We availed ourselves of this additional procedure. A Great Job! more
