Furnace/AC & plumbing job 3/24/2014

We been dealing with Bonney Plumbing,Heating, Air & rooter service since 2000. My husband and I are all satisfied with all the technician that was send to our home, ( they are Jamie, Chris, Dimitry, Vitaly these people are just few of them, they are very knowleable, and professional with every concerns we have. In addition, the head office staff are courteous and diplomatic with any concerns we have. We called them for our Furnace/AC estimate and they send a representative name Shannon who is very knowleable and very helpful to any questions we have. The prices are what reasonable to other company. And with their Bam service warranty I was satisfied and love it. It keeps me updated with repairs that I need to know. Keep up the good work to all of the staff at BONNEY! more

Installation of heat and air unit. 2/22/2014

On Feb. 17-19, 2013, David L., Marlon F, and Jason S. came to remove our old heat/ac unit and install a new unit. These workers were courteous, hard working, and as neat as they could be for the job they had. All explained everything they were doing and why any time a question was asked. It was a pleasure to have them working here. more

My technician Phillip Vieira, was very professional, clean and nice. He explained everything to me, where I would understand why I was having this particular problem. I will REQUEST him only for for future needs. He was EXCELLENT!! more

The gentleman who came for his appointment knew his stuff, explained everything , very informative and answered all questions with professionalism. The work done was top notch... I have more plumbing issues and will be calling to schedule another appointment.. more

Extremely Unreasonable, Took advantage 12/12/2013

Good service and knowledgable until the ~$6000 bill came for a day of digging a hole and replacing a small length of pipe by one guy. more

Hot Water Heater Leak 12/11/2013

Anton quickly detected the problem with my water heater and began repairing the leak. He even noticed that there was a smell of gas coming from the heater and fixed that as well. I’ve been using Bonney Plumbing for over 10 years and will never switch to another company. more

OVER PRICED PARTS 11/12/2013

OVER PRICED PARTS Called out Bonney Heating and Air to replace parts on a furnace, they charged me $615 for a universal replacement Hot Surface Ignition (HSI) control I was able to find several listings for under $175. They charged me $295 for a part I found under $100. Nice repairmen, but think twice or get a second estimate before you allow them to do work. more

Topnotch! 10/3/2013

Yesterday my home was serviced by Steven, who restored all my bathrooms to proper working order and pointed out an unnoticed crack in my garbage disposer. Not wanting to wait for it to damage my kitchen, because he had a unit available, he was able to replace it with one service call. I was impressed with his prompt arrival and the efficiency of his work, plus the clean order of my house when he finished. He was helpful and informative about products and friendly. I am a thoroughly satisfied BAM customer and recommend Steven's work. more

Total HVAC and Heating system replacement 9/28/2013

Bonney Plumbing, Heating and Air replaced our heater and air conditioning system very recently. The team that was here was Rick, David, Berto, Evan and Jaime. These guys worked cleanly and efficiently with great expertise. They were very knowledgeable in their craft and performed an excellent installation. I would recommend Bonney Plumbing, Heating and Air to all. We also want to thank Bill Horbaly of Bonney for all of his help. more

Just had a toilet installed 9/19/2013

What a pleasant experience. I had originally planned to just have that toilet pipe unplugged then, after Anton had written the work order, I changed my mind and decided to have the toilet replaced. Anton just smiled and went right to work. He worked so quietly. When you have three dogs that love to bark whenever they hear a strange noise, then you really appreciate a professional that works quietly. The finished project was excellent. Anton did an exceptional job. No mess was left for me, only a beautiful new toilet. Since the first plumbing job Bonney did at my home many years ago, Bonney's is the only company I use. I'm always impressed with the professionalism of all their employees and the quality products installed. more
