Quarterly Service Bonney Plumbing 10/25/2016

Brittany B. was the service rep. and she came by to inspect our furnace and water heaters. She was very helpful in pointing out some problems wrong with the units. She was very professional and showed me pictures of all problem area's and what the cost would be to fix them. She did a great job. Thanks Ken B. more

Bonney Plumbing, Heating & Air - Sacramento 10/25/2016

HVAC Technician Brittany Britland showed up at my house to perform an inspection on my system as part of my BAM membership with Bonney. I am so grateful she is the tech that got assigned to the job at my house today. As a woman, I really appreciated that another woman came to perform the job. She was solid in her work approach. She did a very thorough job and gave me detailed information that I needed about my system. Her presence alone just added something to the job. I will definitely be requesting her when it comes time to perform maintenance on my HVAC system. I highly recommend! more

Shane E. Bonny Heating & Air Service Tech 10/20/2016

Shane came over to my home late in the afternoon, facing a major rain storm and my own issues over a problem my sewer connection block up. After spending a fair amount of time figuring out the issue, using a nice high tech viewing device, it was cleared up as best he could. Shane and I talked about what else could be done and he left me with several good suggestions. Very good tech, one that I would welcome back on other plumbing issues that I might have. more

Jeremy came out on a Saturday when we woke up to water coming out of the downstairs vent he really cared about making sure he had an accurate diagnosis before cutting away at our ceiling, avoiding unnecessary repairs. Really appreciated someone putting the customer first! more

Justin S, a very nice service tech 10/12/2016

Justin came to my home to do a yearly maintenance check on my furnace. As he stepped into my home he immediately put booties over his shoes. He didn't have to but it was nice to see that he respected my home. He explained what he was going to do and if I had any concerns regarding my furnace. I had no concerns. The entry to the attic where furnace is, is in the clothes closet. I saw that Justine was very careful of my clothes. He was in the attic for some time. When he was finished we sat down so he can show me photos of my furnace on his tablet. He showed the gauges he used to test the pressure (or something like that). His explanation from the maintenance service was clear and easy to understand, which I appreciate very much. My furnace is showing wear-and-tear (as I put it) and will have to be replaced someday. When that day comes, I will call Bonney Plumbing. more

HVAC System Installation on 9/29 and 9/30 for Dwayne and Nancy Kirchhoff 10/2/2016

We really appreciated the professional and fantastic job that Shawn C, Nathan G, and Jory H did on the installation of our new HVAC system. They arrived on time, kept us informed every step of the way, and really took the time to do a good job. They totally cleaned up after the job was done and filled us in on the next step of needing to have the pressure check on the new duct work. They were all very nice guys and super friendly and polite. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing these services!! A big round of 5 stars for them all!! more
