Joey did a very good job of installation, explanation & consideration for my health condition. I have asthma & he recommended the best filter & easy controls for me as a senior. I appreciate his help with my heat, cooling & personal needs. He is very respectful, easy going & friendly which I appreciated very much. I will ask for Joey in the future for check ups. Matthew H was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable during his visit to our home for the AC inspection. He was careful - wore booties on his shoes and was extremely pleasant to chat with. He was able to answer questions and explain the way the units work in very simple terms. I appreciated having a technician who actually knew what he was talking about. more

check-up on the HVAC 4/19/2017

Joey Ortega came to service our air conditioner. But because I had some concerns about the heater, he check that system out first and found some problems, but the system never made the noise I talked about. He tried every thing to make the heater make that sound, but it never did make the noise. He then went out to check the air conditioner and showed me some of the problems that system had also. Then he sat down and explained what our options were. What he would have to do to repair the systems and the cost and we all felt that a new system was our best option, since the old system is over 40 years old and all the problems might not have been able to be fixed. He was very through and did a great job. more

Dishwasher 4/18/2017

I had Jeremy installed my new dishwasher with the help of Dustin M. They did a great job installing the dishwasher, but a few days later I found a package of insulation that was to go in the dishwasher. I called Bonney Plumbing and they sent Jeremy out to install the insulation. He and Dan did the job quickly and now the dishwasher runs even quieter. more

I was extremely pleased with the services from Vince. He took care of business, and was extremely pleasant to talk to. I didn't feel like I had to "stand guard," or anything like that, like I've felt with other creepy visitors I've had. Trustworthy, I'm saying. It was actually quite a pleasant experience, a laugh, even, if such a thing can be said about a clogged drain! more

Kirk did an outstanding job providing the contracted service and explaining what was done. One small frustration we he did not arrive at the time he said he would. But once he did get to my home he did a wonderful job. more

Outstanding service 3/9/2017

John M was dispatched to simply replace batteries in an outdoor temperature sending unit. While here, he offered to do and inspection of my HVAC system. After completing the inspection, he very professionally explained his findings and offered recommendations. There was no pressure to do anything. He conducted himself in a professional manner and showed great respect to me,the customer, and to my home. Good job John. Bonney needs to keep this guy around. more

Flooded Basement 3/4/2017

I discovered a flooded basement and called Bonney. They were out the next day and had pumps running within an hour. Not the cheapest work, but high quality. You get what you pay for. more
