Had a good experience working with Mr. McNair. He was thorough in explaining the circumstances under which the bill might be higher than the amount described & although I had a discount postcard for line cleaning, he ended up giving me a 10% senior discount for resetting a tripped garbage disposal. He left me a tool & showed me how to reset it should I have the same thing occur again; I was delighted.
We discussed the possibility of replacing one of my home's two toilets & he left a cost estimate. He did everything I asked. I felt Bonney's policies were sound.
Since they also do Heating & Air, I inquired about insulation, but they don't that. I was surprised!
He asked if I wanted to be a member for a year for $99 with certain benefits which I declined b/c I already had some of the benefits offered.
