Kirk the service man that came out was spot on time. He checked our system out for three hours almost. Checked every little detail out and offered suggestions to cut our electrical usage. Outstanding knowledge and professionalism. I could not have been happier 5 stars if there were six stars I would give him that. Thanks again Kirk
