Painless Plumbing Repair 7/5/2016

I just had a great experience with Dustin Heffington , a plumber from Bonney Plumbing - Sacramento. I clogged my kitchen sink and live in a 1926 house in which many things, including the kitchen sink, have been relocated, modified etc. Beside providing the top drawer customer service for which Bonney is well known, Dustin was informative, answering all my questions...and there were several...and demonstrating a good working knowledge of older homes and their "quirks". He told me he likes to work on older homes. He gave me several options and quote of the possible cost. As it turned out, the job was greatly simplified by the presence of an outdoor clean-out (where the kitchen sink was originally) that I didn't know was there, and the job ended up costing about a third of the original estimate...a happy outcome for both of us. I will ask for Dustin by name the next time I need plumbing work done. more

Dustin H came out immediately and gave options for repairs of my broken sewer line, he was quick and efficient. Dustin took care of everything from start to finish, including handling the permit, making necessary repairs, and making sure my front yard looked as though he was never there. Great Service 6/27/2016

Joey Ortega very quickly took care of the problem with my thermostat and apologized because I had to go without AC over the very hot weekend. Once the Thermostat was in order, he waited until the system came on and was working well before he left. more

Service visit with Dustin H 6/20/2016

I called Bonney on Sunday at 5pm describing what we thought was an underground leaking pipe and asked to be scheduled in on Monday anytime. Bonney scheduled Dustin H for 330pm Monday to come and give his opinion and an estimate. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem giving several solutions/pricing. He had no problem getting in the muck and came up a great solution for us. Very personable-- just a nice guy. I said I'd be sure to call Bonney again if other plumbing issues and could I ask for him and he said sure! That's great because the service technician already knows house and client. Gabriel was very polite and professional. He introduced himself and explained exactly what he was going to do and why. He lessened to what I had to say and went to work. I have had some experience with appliance work and know the basics of heaters and AC and Gabriel showed he knew what he was doing too. Very good customer relations. rated a 5. more

A very satisfied coustomer 6/11/2016

The technician Nick King arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He kept me informed every step of the way of everything my AC unit needed. He also kept me informed of the costs along the way. He was respectful of my home and remembered to wear his shoe coverings upon entry and re-entry and did not leave any mess. I and my husband are very satisfied and am glad that we chose Bonney Plumbing Heating & Air. Nick got the job done! more

Excellent Service Technician 6/8/2016

From the time I phoned the office and spoke to Melissa, I knew I had chosen the right Heating and A/C company. Melissa was very informative and scheduled my appointment without any problems. Technician Brent Gomes arrived right on time and was very nice and super informative. He walked me through the process and explained the importance of keeping my A/C unit tuned up and up to speed. Super guy with a great attitude and obviously cares about what he's doing. Exceptional customer service from Bonney Plumbing and I would not hesitate and will use the company again. Plus I will refer my neighbors to them. Thank you very much for the great service! more

Big smile for Bonney's Automatic Maintenance program (BAM!) 6/4/2016

For the last several years we've benefited from our enrollment in the BAM program through annual inspections of our plumbing, air conditioning, and heating systems. Yesterday our AC was inspected by Bonney's Technician Andrew P. Another really good experience. Andrew was right on time for the appointment, and called before arriving to let us know he was on the way. Cheerful, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He had good news for us; the system was operating very well. However, he did identify a likely future maintenance need, in the form of a contact that was showing discoloration. No pressure to make a sale, simply an advisement that it could need replacement down the road. He gave us a photo to go along with the explanation. With a hot summer on our doorstep, it's great to have confidence in the system! Bonney has in Andrew a Technician that reflects extremely well on the company, one who obviously is competent and happy with his job. Thank you, Andrew, and thank you Bonney! more
