Excellent Customer Service Experience 7/20/2015

Joey serviced our air conditioner under the BAM Service Plan. He was very knowledgeable about our HVAC system; which he found in good working order. As a courtesy, Joey replaced the foam insulator that's wrapped around the refrigerant lines. Technicians like Joey are the reason we will continue to do business with Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service. more

Tech was professional, friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. Danny also gave me information about what he was going to do before and during the AC service. He also provided suggestions and more information when service was complete. more

BAM service 7/16/2015

Robert did a thorough job checking our two AC units, and made several recommendations for service and parts. Since we have a home warranty which covers all the repairs if the units fail, we will have to wait for that to happen, but it's still good to know what to expect. more

Jason C. was a real gem. He explained everything and kept in touch as all the work was being done. It was nice to work with someone who told you what was wrong and what should be fixed but didn't pressure into anything or make more than it was. Treated me as a person with brains and not a woman who didn't know anything. more

Air Conditioner Check Up 7-13-2015 7/14/2015

Joey performed my annual A/C check up to ensure the system is running properly. Joey was professional and efficient. He checked the system in the attic and identified a leaking part which will need to be replaced. It was not in need of urgent replacement. Joey checked the outside A/C fan unit and found everything in working order. Joey was friendly and professional and explained everything he was doing. I appreciated the good service. Joey O. has serviced and done preventative maintenance on my HVAC system(s) twice now here in Sacramento. His work is great; he explains what he's going to do before he starts, explains what he's doing as he does it, and explains what the ramifications of what he's done are after he's done it! He's very personable and I would highly recommend his services, both him personally and Bonney. more
