Plumbing Service by Joseph Rippley 3/11/2015

I called about a plumbing back up at 7am and Joseph was here at 9:15. That is fast service! Everything was taken care of quickly. I was also given information about how to avoid the problem in the future and a possible simple fix that I could do myself. Joseph was very professional and the price was extremely reasonable. I am very happy that I am a BAM member with Bonney. more

Brent came out to do our first HVAC systems service, and was great in providing an honest recommendation and helping us make the best decisions with the long-term view in mind. It wasn't about the quick fix; it was about a good plan to keep our house cool during the hot summer months, and save money on utilities too. The service was great, and I highly recommend it. more

Great inspection work on my HVAC unit and furnace! 3/6/2015

Barry W. did an excellent job in performing the yearly checkup of my HVAC unit and furnace. He explained what the current issues were in an easy-to-understand manner. In addition, he noticed that a previous 'move' of the condenser (not done by anyone at Bonney but by someone the HOA selected during our condo's reconstruction efforts) was done poorly. This other person did not ensure that the HVAC unit was stable, level, and secure on the concrete slab. (This is resulted in correspondence with the HOA to get this issue addressed before it becomes a bigger problem.) Barry's thorough inspection of my units and the 'straight-talk' about what the current issues are (e.g. a 2-ton A/C unit connected to a 3-ton furnace) and their solutions was more than enough to be impressed by the overall quality of his work. He was prompt and did not dilly-dally. Barry and the rest of the crew are the reason why I am in the 2nd year of my BAM! service. more

We scheduled our annual HVAC maintenance inspection through Bonney Plumbing. Chris Smith was our technician. He was very thorough and professional and did not give us a hard sell on additional/new products. Our HVAC system checked out just fine. Chris was very personable and informative. Great Service! 2/24/2015

This plumbing technician, Clinton Rasmussen, was very thorough and explained everything. He was also very informative on the surrounding community and wildlife. We have deer, mountain lions and bear in our area and he was very helpful. I truly enjoyed my visit with Clinton and his professionalism and knowledge of his job. Thank you Clinton:) more

Joey O. & Scott - replacing condensate collector on condensing furnace (warranty work) 2/23/2015

(See 4-star review 3 days ago.) ...Thought it was fixed but we had a new leak at the same place on the 3rd day. (It takes a while for the collector to fill up.) A new tech (Scott) came within 24 hours to conclude that the new condensate collector was cracked too. He would order a new part and come back in a couple of days. I know a new part had been installed because Joey had let me examine the new part before installation and examine the old sawn-off part afterwards. The new part had had messy factory glue joints but everything looked sealed. O well, what I thought was a simple replacement will take 4 service calls to fix (I hope). more

Joey O. was competent and carefully answered all of my questions. Why not the 5th star? - It would have saved me and Bonney Plumbing, Heating, and Air one service trip if the office believed me that it was the condensate collector that was dripping and had ordered the part in advance. O well...it's fixed now and the work was good. more
