Excellent Service 2/13/2015

Joey was awesome. Instead of telling me what needed to be done, he showed me. He took the time to explain the mechanics of what was going on so I understood and could make a better decision. When I call back to have work done, I will be calling him. more

Clogged sink 2/4/2015

Landrel worked very hard to clear 16 years of build-up from a clogged kitchen drain. He was very courteous and gave me some tips to help avoid the problem in the future. Before leaving he asked me if I had any other issues and cleared up a minor problem in the bathroom in a matter of minutes. 4 stars instead of 5 because I felt it was rather expensive. more

Bad plumbing gone EXCELLENT! 2/3/2015

Bonney Plumbing 2/2/2015

I recently had an experience with completely clogged kitchen drain pipes. Bonney Plumbing came on a Sunday, didnt charge extra for that, and solved the problem within a couple of hours. The technician that was sent, Landrel, was knowledgeable and very professional. He explained what was happening and what his procedure would be to take care of it. He was very organized and took great care to make sure he did not leave a mess in my home. I was very pleased with the company and with the service provided by Landrel. I would highly recommend them to anyone having plumbing issues. more

Urgent Need 1/28/2015

Bonney Plumbing was able to send out someone the next day to help with a shower leak problem. Bryan came out and was a hugh help in determining what the cause of my leak was from for insurance purposes. He was knowledgable and very helpful. more

Great service each and every interaction 1/28/2015

Let's face it, no one wants to drop over $10,000 on HVAC system but in Sacramento it really is a necessity so I am so grateful that I chose Bonnie installers were totally cool on time professional perfect. The installation better than I expected the communication perfect if you are going to have to do an HVAC do it with these folks absolutely satisfied. more

Great plumbing service 1/27/2015

Bonney Plumbing Tech, Bruce Bauer provided excellent service at our Fair Oaks home on January 24, 2015, replacing two faucets, clearing a drain and solving a leaking toilet problem. All of his work was of a quality nature, the surfaces where the work was done was left in clean and orderly way. We were very pleased with Bonney in general and Bruce specifically. Heating 1/16/2015

My furnace stop working on Wed, went online and asked for an appt that night. They called first thing Thursday morning, and I had a appt for Friday morning. Barry came from Bonney on time and was so very nice, and got right to work. Fixed the problem quickly, and I couldn't be happier with the service and the kindness from Barry. I would recommend Bonney to anyone. They are super. more
