Lupe installed a new water heater and recirculating hot water pump. He was timely, professional and skilled. He readily explained the various options available to me - no 'hard sell' but provided clear information. He worked quickly but thoroughly. In addition to this work he found an issue with a previous garbage disposal installation and corrected as part of this scope of work. I was very pleased with his work and customer service. more

We recently had to have two AC units (in the attic) and 2 water heaters replaced I know we needed to do this because Barry showed me photos of the rust and holes in the metal. I climbed up and checked. He was right. We caught it in time. Barry assured me that they could do the job, do it quickly and would make sure there were no problems. He followed through on every detail making good on every request. Rick came out, I explained that I wanted nothing to clean up after they left. He promised it would be seamless. It was. Everything in the path of removal was draped, the floor was protected and the old units would be "mummified" (wrapped in black plastic). No fall-out. Bonney staff showed up that day at 7:30 AM, took the old units out of the attic after wrapping my pantry shelves and kitchen cabinets in visqueen. I had no dust, or other debris after they left at 2:30. My garage was spotless. They provided a most thorough pre-inspectdon prior to the County coming out (routine). The units function more efficiently than the highest average as per the County inspector who did the final check. We use less electricity and are most pleased with everything Bonney did.They even spray painted the return vent to match the existing ceiling color. Bonney was absolutely meticulous in their commitment to deliver a superlative experience while delivering the highest quality of service and materials. Each time I want good, honest service I call on Bonney. I am a BAM member, and I will continue to be one because I can't think of anywhere else I will get such good service. Currently Josh Belden and his crew are bringing my plumbing and septic service up to top notch working order. Prebviously the H/Vac crew installed heating/air conditioning that works perfectly, and before that Bruce installed a hot water heater, that also works well. An observation that remains constant is how well the crews work together, and how respectful they are to the customer. more

Shane E. came to our home to investigate and repair an unexplainable leak in our wall. As happens with these types of issues more problems were discovered. Shane explained the issues and what options we had to correct them. It was evident that he put a considerable amount of thought into the solutions with the foremost concern being what would serve us the best. He patched the initial problem which gave us time to decide what options we wanted to pursue. He provided us with plenty of information inwhich to make informed decisions, which we greatly appreciated. Since we had such great communication and confidence with him, we naturally wanted him to actually do the repairs and installations, which is what happened.
