Shane was great. He spent a good amount of time explaining the system and checking everything out. He was very knowledgeable and professional, as well as personable. I enjoyed chatting with him about the plumbing and life in general. We discovered we have some common connections and values. Outstanding plumbing service 12/12/2015

We just had a service call completed by Shane Engstrom (Plumbing Service Technician) of Bonney Plumbing and was compelled to write this review. Shane was without a doubt the very best plumbing technician I have ever had the opportunity to experience. He performed his duties over and above what I ever expected to receive. He was very professional, courteous and thorough in the performance of his job. The next time I have a need for plumbing service I will be sure to call Bonney and ask for Shane Engstrom again. more

Craig W was right on time and did a great job. The plumbing job was a bit more difficult because of rusty bolts but he kept at it until it was perfect. Thank you Craig for helping me out!! more

Excellent Servcie 11/20/2015

Shane Engstrom was the plumbing tech that came to complete the BAM inspection. He was professional and made it easy to ask questions. His responses were easy to understand. It was determined a water heater and he did so with no pressure. I chose to have it replaced. His work and craftsmanship was very much apparent. Highly request Shane is you have the need for a service call. more

Plumbing Service 10/23/2015

Clinton R. was the technician for this service call. He arrived early and was fully prepared to complete the scheduled repairs. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about his craft. He completed the repairs in a very timely manner and left the areas cleaner than they were before he started the repairs. I would recommend him highly to anyone who asked. He is a great credit to, and speaks very highly of, Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air and Rooter Service. more

Plumbing checkup 9/29/2015

The technician, Clinton Rasmussen, did a through check up of all our plumbing outlets. He was very helpful in correcting a couple of problems in our kitchen (faucet) and bathroom (faucet). He also inspected water heater and we agreed that we need update. He was through, answered all our question and we felt did an very good professional job as a representative of your firm. We were very happy with the service he provided. more

Property Drainage System 9/14/2015

Mr. Adam Jones was professional, knowledgeable, and very informative in bringing my project to completion. He explained the situation and my options and implemented the appropriate course of action as instructed. He and his associates were very timely; although it was extremely hot, they performed their tasks quickly and efficiently and left my place as though they were never here. I am extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend them to all. more

Bonney Plumbing, Heating, and Air 9/12/2015

I have been a Bonney Member for a couple of years now. When the water heater broke and water was draining from it - Shane took charge, gave me a quote and put in a drainage hose to empty the tank. Then he installed the new water heater and reviewed operating instructions with me. He then cleaned up the area. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and expeditious in installing the water heater. Clinton was prompt, professional, and thorough. He replaced one toilet, repaired a second toilet and repaired a bath faucet. The job was completed exactly as promised and exactly on budget. Clinton took the time to explain the work to be done and answered all my questions. From start to finish, I was impressed with the quality of his work and his obvious commitment to customer service. more
