Great company with great service 9/17/2014

Arnold & Sons Plumbing is a great company that provides wonderful service. I had another company come and repair my water service line, but they didn't do the job well so I decided to contact Arnold & Sons Plumbing. The person who came in to repair the service line showed and explained that they had not taped and tightened down the pipe, so he let me sit and watch him tape and tighten it down to make sure that he did the job right. He was very professional, very friendly, and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them. more

Great customer service, average prices 9/16/2014

The customer service at Arnold and Sons Plumbing and Heating was very good. The employees were pleasant to work with, but the prices were a little high in comparison to other places. They replaced the pipes in my home and had to cut off the ceiling to do so. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 9/11/2014

Arnold and Son's put a hot water heater in for us about 6 months ago. We were unable to pay the entire $1200 at the time of install so we were allowed to owe them approximately $300. Four weeks after the water heater was installed they sent us a letter saying that the heater was defective and they would need to come back out to re-install a different unit, at our expense! I refused to pay them the balance of what I owed them, and had a different company do the work. They are now suing me and trying to garnish my wages, while never making any attempt to make it right. I will never recommend these guys. more

Great customer service! 9/9/2014

I have always had good experiences with Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating. Most recently, I have had them replace my water heater and toilet. When I call they are always very quick to come out and fit me into the schedule. Their customer service is excellent. more

Arnold to the rescue 9/8/2014

Arnold and Sons Plumbing and Heating was outstanding. We had a problem situation which the drain in our kitchen was backed up. It was a day or two before the fourth of July, and we had family coming. They did a correction within twenty-four hours. It was such a relief to get that kind of help that quickly. My husband dealt with them, and after they were done, he could not stop talking about them. I would highly recommend them to others. They came for a quote, and I was very pleased with the price. They actually waive the quotes when you use their service, and that's what they did. I just had them back today to fix something. more

I couldn't have asked for better professionalism. 8/25/2014

I have used Arnold & Sons twice so far, and both experiences with them have been good. The first time I used their services, they gave me an estimate on the cost of taking a bath out of my home and installing a shower. The second time I used their services was to work on some problems with the drainage in my garage, and they came out to fix that. I was impressed with their customer service. The girls in the office were great to deal with on my only visit to their office. I did not feel like the sales people were gouging me, and they even offered me a Senior discount. I felt like the people at Arnold & Sons had a lot of expertise. They were able to answer my questions and even tell me things I didn't know. I wasn't there for the service itself, but they fixed my plumbing without a mess or anything, so that was wonderful. more

Top notch! 8/15/2014

Arnold & Sons Plumbing Htg. used to do a lot of work for us. Recently, we had them repair a heavy-duty sump pump. They diagnosed the problem and made sure the parts were in the next day so it would start functioning before our next round of rain. Both the office staff and the plumbing team were professional. It took them a while to get to our house the morning we called, but I think they were just particularly busy. Overall, the service was top notch! more

I've used Arnold & Sons plumbing for probably about 5 years. They were the first service we called, and we haven't needed to change them, because they are able to come out whenever we need them. They're customer service is very courteous. Recently they repaired our bathroom. They redid both of the toilets and the water heater. The service went well. more

Pleasant! 8/13/2014

My pipes were clogged so I called Arnold & Sons Plumbing to have them flushed. It was the high end kind of flushing for the sewer lines. So far everything is good. It's the first time I've ever had to have a job like that done, and I'd say it was a pleasant experience. The bill wasn't so pleasant, but that's another story! more

Fast disposal replacement 8/1/2014

I didn't have the tools to fix my garbage disposal, so I called Arnold & Sons Plumbing Htg. They were able to come out the very next day. The technician talked me through the whole process so well that I could do it myself now! The new disposal is a quiet, professional-grade machine. I'm very happy with it. more

They are the best! 7/30/2014

I live in a house that is 85 years old, and Arnold & Sons Plumbing Htg. has redone most of the plumbing. They are so professional, nice and clean. Their bills are always spot on, corresponding exactly with the quote no matter what. I'd recommend them to anybody -- they're the only plumbing company I'll ever use! Jennifer is just the best. She is so sweet, always remembering customers' names. The staff always calls when they say they'll call and comes when they say they'll come -- you know how hard it can be to find that quality. I have nothing bad to say about them! more

I called Arnold & Sons Plumbing Htg. to fix an outdoor faucet that was leaking. They came out to the house within a couple hours, and had it fixed to my satisfaction a couple hours after that. The men were professional and prompt. more

Really good 7/18/2014

Arnold & Sons did a really good job. I thought they were pricey, but I had to get it done. They put a main shut-off valve in my house. The gentleman that came was timely, professional, and did what I needed him to do. I might call them back because I don't think it's shutting off 100%, but other than that, it was good. more

Management is not trustworthy 6/3/2014

The Service technician was very good and this review is not a reflection of his services. The technician verbally quoted us $170 for the call, which was about 15 minutes of work. No problem. We later received a bill for $290. We questioned the bill and it was sent to an attorney less than 30 days after receiving it. Brad said he would "take care of it", but never did and stopped taking my phone calls. He is very unprofessional and dishonest. Now we have an additional $50 to pay in attorney fees. Ridiculous. more

Their website shows a sale for $99 tree root hydrojet treatment and after arriving late to my house stated the discount was for a different procedure which violates what their website states and us considered false advertisement more

Extremely Overpriced 5/7/2014

Their prices are ridiculous, just extremely overpriced. All I had done was a dryer vent hooked up and i even had the vent and they took about 5 minutes for the entire job. They charged me $189 to be precise. I will never go back to them, my advice is find someone cheaper! more

I had no complaints with Arnold & Sons Plumbing. We had a water heater issue, and they were able to take care of it promptly. We called them on a Sunday, and they were able to get someone out first thing on Monday morning. I like that they stand for good, fast service. This was our first experience with them, but if something else comes up, we will definitely call them again. more

Worry free! 12/16/2013

Arnold & Sons Plumbing Htg repaired two toilets and replaced several parts on our water heater. Everything has worked perfectly! It was our first time using them. I went to high school with the owner's son, so when we found ourselves in need of a plumber we gave them a call. We were very pleased, and we would recommend them. They are conscientious and efficient! more

Satisfied and pleased 12/12/2013

Arnold & Sons Plumbing came out to check on us quite a bit. I appreciated that they sent a couple of guys to assist me. We had a leak in our basement and they were able to determine that it was a pipe outside that needed to repaired. They fixed it well. more
