Very professional! 1/4/2012

Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating put in a water pump for me and a kitchen faucet not quite a year ago. They did a real good job. Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating was very professional, explained everything they were doing, and how long it would take. I went in the phone book and saw their names, and I had also seen their truck in the neighborhood. I would recommend Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating! more

They are prompt but I don't have high confidence in their diagnosing of issues. 12/28/2011

I called Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating out a few times for a leak in the basement, a toilet that was running and more. They have not been able to locate the leak in the basement and it is still leaking. They did do a water heater a week ago, and did a wonderful job on that. They should have put a gas pipe line in but instead used a gas hose line because they were not prepared. more

My experience with Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating was fine. I called Arond & Sons Plumbing Heating and they arrived at a reasonable time. I felt like the guy was being honest with me. I was having trouble with the toilets, and I just purchased and installed a new one. I would recommend Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating. I have no complaints! more

Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating were fairly prompt really. The one bad thing was that it took a little longer to dry. It was hard to listen to all the drying. I assume everything is fine now. The manner in which they treated us was very professional and I was very pleased with them. They were so nice and courteous and even tolerated my rambling. They arrived on time and got straight to work and didn't fool around. We would definitely use them again. more

The people at Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating replaced the water main and explained really well what they were doing. They were here the next day as well. I used to have someone from Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating come over to clean the sewer lines for me. They're knowledgeable and tell you everything you need to know. I inherited an older house, and it hadn't been lived in for 3 years. There was work to be done, I did as much as I could, but when I needed help fast, I looked in the phone book. I called several companies, but Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating were the only people who said yes they could come out right away on short notice. The man who came out was prompt, polite and very professional. I was very happy with the service and would use them again. more

My husband and I have been using Arnold & Sons for the last seven years. We discovered them initially through an ad in the phone book, and had such good results that we continue to call them for any plumbing issues that arise. Recently, we had them install a new sump pump, and they also rerouted our outdoor spigots when we had a new porch built. We like Arnold & Sons because of their fair pricing, and ability to get to us in a timely fashion. Their employees are also very personable and professional. We have been consistently satisfied with their workmanship, and so have recommended them to others. Don't hesitate to give them a call. more

Responsive and professional. 8/16/2011

I called Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating the day before for a leaky faucet and a couple of toilets. He gave me two choices of times for the following day. The next morning, he gave me a call before he arrived which worked out since I live in a condo and I had to go out to flag him down. He fixed everything quickly and was on his way. He was fast and professional and I'd use them again. more

Professional and convenient. 8/15/2011

Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating came when there was a problem. Then, when my pipe split, they came back to fix it. Luckily, I was home the second time to turn the water off so it didn't flood my basement. It took a few hours for someone to come by for repairs the second time. I looked in the phone book, found Arnold & Sons, and called them up. I had them come out and give me a quote, but even though I thought the estimate was a little on the high end, I told them to go ahead and do the work. It went great! I would use them again. more
