Quality service-looked over job first to see if he had everything needed to do the job before starting so water was turned off for the least amount of time 3/24/2016

Replaced toilet and found new toilet had a crack so called for a replacement part and went and picked it up and replaced cracked part without making me wait for another service call more

i call for fixing my hot water tap he did not known how to fixed the tap he told me it is not fixable and you purchase a new one but when i instruct him how you fix it and he follow me then my tap is working and fixed. He charge me us $ 288/= doing nothing. more

Way too expensive 3/7/2016

I woke up to no hot water. Called Arnold because I had used them to clean out my sewer line last year. They charged me $1130 for a regular 40 gallon short water heater. I don't plan to call them again. more

complete bathroom remodel 3/3/2016

received written proposal from mark arnold with an 8 day estimate for completed work to include walk-in shower, all subfloor replaced, drywall/painting (sub-contracted by arnold), new vanity/sink & toilet installed. mark and joe were dedicated to entire project with the utmost professionalism and courtesy provided. have used arnold in the past-will use in the future- and highly recommend to any in need of their services. more

the only plumbers I will call day or night. the morning before thanksgiving, on the way out of town I found a leaky water heater. Call the emergency number they came over and had the new one in and I was on my way before noon. more

Arnold & Sons Plumbing Htg. was a great company. Well, I had a toilet that needed parts in it replaced because it kept running all the time and they fixed it now and I don't have that problem now. I have used them for a long time and if it wasn't a good company I wouldn't call them again. I have a calendar that they gave me years ago and I still have it. We used them when my husband was alive and he's been gone since 2006 so you can see I like them if I still keep them around. more
