I had a fire in my house, so I had a lot done in my house, and Arnold & Sons had very friendly service. They were punctual, and everything was quality done. Those are the things that come to mind when I think of Arnold & Sons: punctuality and quality. more

Arnold & Sons did a good job. They put a shower in the basement, and a new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal in the kitchen. They were on time, did good, clean work, and everything looks good and works well. more

The plumber that handled my shower hardware installation upgrade was excellent and very professional. 7/1/2011

My situation was going to need some special parts. The plumber from Arnolds took the time to call suppliers, to pick up the part, and even better, found a way to get the job done without the part which saved me money because he took the part back to the supplier. I would definately call them again if I have a plumbing need. more

Of all the work I have asked Arnold and Sons to do there has never been time where I was not completely satisfied with their work and professional manor. 6/17/2011

Our most recent visit from Arnold and Sons again met all my expectations. The problem was resolved in a very professional manor and I knew exactly what work was going to be done and much it would cost. Tyler did a great job of making sure nothing outside of the job was damaged and he cleaned up after the job was done. Tyler seems to be a great asset to the company. more

Whenever we have a plumbing issue, we'll call Arnold & Sons. 6/8/2011

We had used Arnold & Sons before, and the guy that came to the house was actually the same plumber who had come back before. It was nice to have that kind of continuity in it, as I've got two kids, my husband was at work, and I'm not from the Peoria area. It's nice knowing the person that comes to the house. Everything went fine. The plumber started with what the immediate problem was, then he moved on to find what the main problem was and corrected it from there. The price hurt, but whatever, at least it's fixed. I just feel that it's really difficult to let a stranger into your home, but I felt comfortable letting this plumber in, and letting him come back. Whenever we have a plumbing issue, we'll call Arnold & Sons. C. Medina more

We had a major water leak. I had never worked with Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating, but I decided to try them out because there were several other companies I didn't want to work with. They showed up on time and did a very good job. They were professional, affordable and really nice to work with. I'd use them again in the future. more

They are very professional, always reliable and show up when they say they're going to. They also get the job done right the first time, so there's never a need to call them back out again! polite and professional 8/20/2010

My water heater went out late on Friday afternoon. I called the plumber I always use -- but they don't offer weekend service. I looked in the phone book, and found Arnold, where they advertise they'll do the job ANYTIME - weekends included - for the SAME price as they would during the week during business hours. The ad also stated they do work ""by the job"" - not by the hour. So - I called them. They called me back immediately - and were polite and professional. They quoted $1,255 for a standard 40-gal water heater to be installed - replacing and removing my old one. They did good work - they came when they said they would be here - everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. more

THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY!!!!!!?? 8/13/2010

I called after midnight with water everywhere. I called Arnold & Sons and got a very polite woman at an answering service. 10 minutes later a person called me on the phone and 30 minutes later he shows up at my door. After looking over the problem he gave me pricing on several options to fix the problem. I agree that the prices seemed a high but I had him do the work. I cound not have been more pleased! This person was polite, intelligent, sympathetic, and very much the professional. It took him about 2 hours to make the repair but he had everything he needed on the truck. When I went down to inspect the work he had done, he had already cleaned up to the point that it was difficult to tell that I had had a problem at all. Arnold's had earned by future business. I would recommend them to anyone. - Betty J more
