Review content:
Arnold and Son's put a hot water heater in for us about 6 months ago. We were unable to pay the entire $1200 at the time of install so we were allowed to owe them approximately $300. Four weeks after the water heater was installed they sent us a letter saying that the heater was defective and they would need to come back out to re-install a different unit, at our expense! I refused to pay them the balance of what I owed them, and had a different company do the work. They are now suing me and trying to garnish my wages, while never making any attempt to make it right. I will never recommend these guys.
