had the worst experience with them. Our furnitures were damaged, and when asked those guys were not even ready to listen, he kept moving. They were not even ready to bring our stuffs up as he said he wants the cash and only then he will bring the things up (even when told my husband was on the way to bank). more

My wife and I contracted All State Van Lines Relocation Inc. to assist us with relocating from California to Minnisota. Since the move was contingent upon the sale of our home, we had to reschedule the moving date at least three times because of delays in the closing of escrow. Anyway, when moving day came, the truck arrived right on schedule, the movers did an excellent job of handling our household items. We were kept informed throughout the journey and when they arrived, the same care was taken during the unloading process. Would I use them again or recommend them to family or friends, most definitely. Than you, All State! more

I had very pleasant experience with All State Van Lines. My Job # was 11207345-06. They did excellent job in scheduling my move, coordinating date/time and follow up. I got my stuff delivered in 4 days which were very impressive. And I didn't have any boxes/items missing or broken. Overall, I highly recommend All State Van Lines. It is very reliable. more

My moving experience with Van Lines was highly satisfactory from start to finish! The telephone arrangements made me feel like a queen. A deposit was only required after listing the inventory of my house contents, which was great. Follow-up calls before the great trek reassured me of there's no job too big with Van Lines. The customer service was excellent. I was notified a day before of the specific time to move me out and half an hour before on the actual day. Two movers efficiently loaded my belongings and carefully boxed and packed when I ran out of boxes. Unpacking and moving me 600 miles away was even better. There were five individuals to move me in. It took the whole day and the diligent workers never took a break - which was very impressive! By the time they left, my place was livable with only few boxes in the living room. I would recommend All State Van Lines to anyone with relocation requirements! more

We moved from Indianapolis to Las Vegas. All State Van Lines made our move mostly painless. As far as moving can go. They kept in constant contact to make sure we knew how everything would work. They arrived in a timely manner and were fairly nice. Because they charge by weight our actual cost was much less than our quote which was a relief. Everything arrived and nothing was broken. I would recommend all state to anyone moving across the country. more

This was a great experience I had with All State Van Lines Relocation. They assigned Cal Van lines to pick up my things in Texas and deliver them to California. The arrived on time. Packed everything carefully and were friendly too. The dispatcher kept me informed of when the truck would arrive at my new home in California 1523 miles. They arrived on time. nothing was loss or damaged. These people are good at what they do. Had a great experience with them and I recommend anyone wanting to move to use this company. Janette B more

The movers selected for our move were AWFUL! Drank beer on the job, bad mouthed us having "too much stuff", billed for nearly $700 in packing materials they didn't use, destroyed the frame of our front door because they refused to take the doors off a refrigerator (forgot to bring tools), damaged every piece of wooden furniture I had, refused to put boxes in the proper rooms (not even joking), abandoned the job and laughed as they drove off. The mover did call 2 hours saying they would give me $200 not to file a claim. Claims process has been a 6 month nightmare--still ongoing. Took 2 months for them to come back with a ridiculous settlement that didn't include 3/4 of my stuff--had to fight to get it re-reviewed--4 months later I'm still waiting for them to get it right--include all the items. Based on my experience I do not recommend this company to anyone! more

Was told by All State Van Lines Relocation, Inc. that we would be given 24 hours notice on when our stuff would be picked up. We were not given 24 hours notice. Driver upon pickup asked for a bribe to "leave some extra boxes off the truck on weigh in" Requested a copy of the documents that show empty weight of the truck, and trucks final weight. Was never provided this information. Was never given any proof of the trucks weight. Was never told or given any contact information about the moving company, before, during or after the move. Was told by All State Van Lines Relocation, Inc, that we owed a certain amount upon pick-up. When truck arrived, driver demanded extra $500, in cash only to unload our stuff. Nothing was ever provided to us in writing other than an original binding estimate, which they failed to adhere to. Multiple requests were made to All State Van Lines Relocation, Inc, but we are continuously ignored. The only thing they have offered us is $50, but they first want us to sign a legally binding contract absolving them of any and all liability. Don't know how they have all these great reviews, because they are a horrible company. I have completed international moves as well as other interstate moves and have never had as many problems as I did with this company. Please stay away. more

Scheduled a pickup on 30 November -- 30 November comes and NO movers. Called them and they said I will not get picked up until 1 December. NEVER RECEIVED ANY KIND OF NOTICE: no emails, no phone calls -- just no movers!!! do not deal with these people -- they are a bunch of liars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I used Workd State Van Lines for a move. No one informed me they were a broker not a moving company. It was never mentioned in our discussions only in the fiine, very fine print.. They charged me $1500 as a broker and were unavailable the day of my move. The move ended up costing me twice as much. I feel like they were dishonest and misrepresented themselves. more

This was my very first move that I've had to pay for since I've retired from the military. The movers were very professional and on time. They packed my items very expeditiously. My items were delivered as expected with minor damages. This was a plus for me. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. more

If you are moving, think you will ever move, or know someone who is, please read this and forward to everyone you know (Email, Facebook, Twitter, etc). Do NOT hire All State Van Lines for your moving needs. Their method of "reeling you in" is to give you a low quote in the beginning and collect a deposit of about half of the "estimated" cost. You can change the the date of your move or cancel with 5 business days of your move. Sounds pretty good so far, however, here's the catch. Within the 5 business day window, the cost of your move goes way up (almost double) and you cannot get a refund of your deposit. They will tell you to expect a call from your "move coordinator". Just after you enter the 5 day window and they have collected the "deposit", you will never hear from them again. The estimated date of pickup is just that, maybe within a few days of your "confirmed" pickup date. Mine was finally 3 days later with no communication. The same scenario will happen upon the delivery dates. You might get your stuff delivered within a couple of weeks of when they expect to deliver but they will not communicate when that date or time will be. I had to make many phone calls to just track down my stuff and finally received it after getting a call from the truck driver saying he would be here in a couple of hours. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU - PLEASE FORWARD more

Moving is a stressful time. Adding All State into the mix will make the move even higher stress. I won't go into the details but take it from me, this company is absolutely awful to deal with. Avoid at all costs. more
