I recently moved from the East Coast to the West Coast. After reading several reviews, and asking for quotes, I picked All State. Even though customer services was very courteous, there was a disconnect between what I was told and what the drivers actually did. That aside, my boxes and bins arrived crushed and broken. The delivery movers were not phased by this and said call the claims dept. They were anxious to go home they said, because they were tired. The claims department rejected my claim. Their contracts are solely to benefit them, and they bear no responsibility for what happens to your stuff. I will never make this mistake again. Being courteous does not make up for the actual job being done right. The only good part was the shipment of my car, which they give to an outside company. They were right on target.
I would love to know if any of the people who work there would react differently when they would see their belongings handled with such disregard.
