We recently relocated from PA to TX. We found the service we received from All State to be adequate. From our initial contact with our personal representative to our customer service/ account rep...their team was communicative, prompt, and courteous. Our actual mover's were exceptional. They are based out of the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and essentially sub-contracted through All State. I have never worked with a more professional and efficient group. My experience with All State Vans was excellent. Every person that I worked with so helpful and really wanted to see the move go well. I have moved four times in the past and this was the best experience that I have had. They moved my sisters household goods from Oregon to Florida and everything arrived in perfect condition. I would like to commend All State Van Lines and associates for a profession relocation. I received at least a 24 hour notice upon pick up time. The time was accurate and the communication between the driver and staff was constant. The packers did a great job wracking and protecting my furniture. We packed our own boxes in advance. Delivery was on time. Communication with the driver and staff was constant. Everything was delivered in great shape, minus a couple of boxes that had some tears. I was surprised that everything arrived in good condition being the move was 1200 miles. I was thoroughly impressed and would recommend this company to all my family and friends. more

I moved a household from Massachusetts to Florida. My experience with All State Van Lines Relocation was stress free. Right from the beginning, Brandon helped me understand the process, answered all my questions, and was fun to work with. My furniture was located in three different locations and I also had a small window of time that I was available for pick up, but the coordination went very smoothly. I was pleased to find out that All State Van Lines uses the same truckers in my area. This meant that they were proven and did not just bid out to the lowest bidder, like some companies might do. The packers were friendly and efficient, and their professionalism put me at ease. I had a similar experience on the other end in Florida. Mark coordinated the actual move and was also easy to work with. He kept in contact with me during the whole process, keeping me up to date as to the time of delivery. Again, the movers were friendly and packed my storage unit efficiently. I haven't gone through my belongings to check for damage, but I saw no evidence of torn or punctured boxes and the furniture pieces looked great. Moving is a hassle—an inconvenience at best. I don’t want to make a big move again, but if I had to, I would definitely call All State Van Lines again. Perhaps my 94 year old dad would like to join me in Florida—Brandon, Mark, you on? more

I recently moved from Greenville, SC to Philadelphia, PA to attend graduate school. I was not excited about all the work that is associated with such a move, planning, packing, cleaning, etc., but I will say that I cannot imagine a smoother transition. All State Van Lines always kept me updated on every step of the process from start to finish. They were thorough in their preparations, reliable in responding to my questions, and incredibly friendly and helpful. When my pick-up date had to be moved back one day, they explained the time constraints they faced and apologized for the inconvenience. However, the next morning the movers arrived at 6 am sharp as I requested. They were kind, respectful of my things, and incredibly efficient. Within 2 hours, I saw my entire apartment loaded carefully onto the van. The movers explained the remainder of the billing process to me and gave me a time frame in which to expect my things. I was lucky enough to receive all of my possessions the very next day in perfect condition. The movers were once again wonderful to work with as they unloaded my furniture and placed it in the various locations I chose. I know that I was quite lucky, for my moving experience was surprisingly smooth, simple, and stress-free. I also know that this was due to the constant updates from All State Van Lines and their easy-to-reach representatives. Overall our experience was a success. There was a small hiccup with the initial pickup, but our customer service rep, Sherline Jones, took care of everything, made calls, and actually had our delivery to us 2 days earlier!! Our merchandise was picked up in Florida from storage and delivered to Las Vegas. The guys on the truck-completely amazing and really nice! Not one thing was broken. Our load weighed a LOT less than we thought so the cost was great. But the initial call we had to set everything up and the WHOLE reason why we chose Allstate was because of Anne Boyer. She is simply amazing. She made us feel SO special, explained everything to us in detail, and was so organized, we didn't want to deal with Any other company. I used All State Van Lines to relocate to California. There are a lot of moving parts when you are relocating, but All State Van Lines streamlined the process down to a tee. From their excellent customer care and QA department, to countless updates on times and details of the move, I was always kept in the loop. When they showed up to load my items they even took extra care by adding additional protection to my furniture. Upon arrival in CA, they even took the time and initiative to set up my items for me instead of just placing them anywhere. I can't thank this team enough for everything they did for me. I was supposed to be picked up either today, Tuesday March 31st or yesterday, Monday March 30th. I set this move up at the beginning of February so that everything would have ample time to be smoothed out. I was given GUARANTEED PICKUP DATES for either the 30th or 31st of March. On Friday I spoke with Judy Connell in the customer care department. Judy told me she would get everything settled and get me an ETA on my movers hopefully by the end of the day. I never heard back from her. I called on Saturday but Judy does not have hours then, so I left her a message expecting to hear back Monday that movers were on the way. I did eventually hear back on Monday, from someone else who didn't even bother to give me her extension in case I needed to call back because my "dedicated rep" Judy was out. She said she would let me know when the movers called them back, but lead me to believe that there were indeed movers with me on their bill. I have repeatedly called in all of Monday only to get the same line that they would be in touch soon. My first "guaranteed" day for pickup was gone and still no movers. So I called Tuesday only to get the same song and dance, except now they tell me I wasn't actually scheduled with any movers so they were still trying to hire some. I feel like this should have been done a long time ago. How can you guarantee pick up dates when you haven't even actually TALKED to a moving company and gotten them to accept the job. So after several frustrating calls, I told the person I was talking to that I needed to know by end of business today so that I could cancel and get my money back to make other arrangements. I called them at six EST and they told me they MIGHT have movers in our area by Friday or Saturday at the earliest. I asked to cancel, but cancellations closes at five EST. I am very disappointed with their method of scheduling at the last minute. If they had scheduled with carriers at least one week in advance I would not be in this position, having to rent a u-haul last minute. more

We used All State Van Lines Relocation's service for a move from the Atlanta area to the Orlando, FL area earlier this month. This was a new experience for us as we'd never used a relocation service before. We were surprised with not only how involved customer service was but also how easy they made things. We received help every step of the way with everything from filling out paperwork to tips and tricks on how to pack things and have everything ready for the movers when they arrived. During the move itself they were in contact to check on us to be sure everything was going ok and were prompt to answer questions and reassure us when the inevitable moving issue popped up. After searching for the best way to bring my household items from California back to Florida, I found All State Van Lines Relocation. I compared the cost between renting a U-Haul and driving back home myself vs. a professional moving company. Since the cost of gas had recently skyrocketed, it was an easy choice. I chose All State Van Lines Relo as it was the most cost-effective company. I flew to San Francisco and met the movers at my storage unit in Petaluma. They were courteous, did a great job packing, identifying and moving my items into the truck. Before I knew it, they were done! I subsequently flew home the next day and waited for the company to call me with a delivery date. Once I received my delivery date, I met the movers at my new storage unit. Since the only unit available was located in the back of the storage facility, the huge moving truck had a difficult time navigating to my unit. The Manager of the storage facility was kind enough to switch my existing unit to a unit up front that had just been vacated and the movers were then able to easily back up the truck to the new unit. The Driver and his Helper were extremely friendly and we checked all items in the truck. Everything was accounted for and arrived in good condition. The movers did an awesome job unloading and then packing the items neatly in the new storage unit. The only issue I had with the entire moving experience was that there was a discrepancy in the delivery date, but that was resolved and everything went well. All in all, it was a positive experience, I was extremely satisfied with the move and would highly recommend All State Van Lines Relocation. They did a fantastic job in bringing my stuff home. more

My experience could not have been better. My contacts were professional and proactive every step of the way, and the price for my route was excellent. I was always aware of the status of the move, including pickup and hearing from the truck drivers while en route. The drivers asked me what time of day I preferred delivery and they were amazingly polite and accommodating on site when they unloaded. more
