Their serivce is really wondeful. My accounts manager calledme on timely manner to give me updates on the pick up / delivery. Both pick up and delivery team aws highly professional and really made our move easy. Timely delivery as promised and fair price for the service they provide. I would recommend AllState Van Lines to my friends and family. more

Our first cross country review 1/28/2015

Experience was great with this moving company.. The movers were on time, quick and efficient! Packing the truck looked like they were playing the game of Tetris. When the truck came time upon unloading... The movers were careful, fast, asked questions on where what went in our new home. To: All 01/17/15 Job#: 10852806-06 I have used many movers in my years, Allstate has been one of the best. They quoted my move and helped me plan it out so that it was picked and delivered on time. In fact two days early! Moving is a stressful time for anyone. They made my wife comfortable during the whole time. Moving experience 1/10/2015

The company was very professional! The people were very friendly and courteous from the dispatchers to the drivers. They moved us about 850 miles, took very good care of my belongings and set up everything where I wanted it! Surprisingly nothing was damaged or missing! Good Move 1/9/2015

We got quotes from a number of companies, but came to All State. We saved about four thousand dollars over the mainstream ones. I didn't feel at all pressured in what is obviously a very competitive industry. The pick up was flawless and beautifully executed, arriving when they said they would. It took less time than was originally projected. The load was also less weight than originally projected. We requested changes in the time of the move, and those changes were accommodated. The drop off, though with a different crew than the one that picked up, was also careful, placing items where we asked and putting them together, if necessary. We have done three major moves in our lives, and this was the most flawless. more

The worst, run away right now! 1/7/2015

We have moved 18 times, but this is the first time I had to arrange the move myself. All State Van Lines made me so many promises and then let me down on all of them. They are only a broker and the movers and van line they picked were a nightmare. Everything went wrong and it could have all been avoided. DO NOT TRUST ALL STATE VAN LINES. Our quote was for $6000 and it ended up being $18,000. Repeated calls and emails have not been returned. As soon as they had our money they were done with us. more

Easy, Professional, Fast 1/7/2015

Job#: 10873969-06-A I was very pleased with the professionalism and curtiousness of All State Van Lines. I was contacted many times along the way to update me with where we were on the moving process. The delivery window was very short and all of my items were delivered on the first day. I was notified by the driver when he would be delivering my items and as promised, they were there right on time. Even after my move was completed, I was contacted by an All State Van Lines representative to ensure that my move was successful. I was greatful for the follow-up call because I still had some questions. All of my questions were answered and I ended my move on a great note. I would highly recommend All State Van Lines as your moving provider for their reliable service and professionalism. more

Job # 10819525-06-A All went as expected. Crews were friendly, fast and professional. Delivery was delayed a couple of days due to heavy rain – no worries! Be sure to understand “estimates” before you get quotes from movers – they are not what they seem to be by their names (“binding” and “non-binding.”) more

Looooooong Distance 12/31/2014

I moved from San Diege to Marietta Georgia. Allstate did everything they said they would do and they die it in a timely fashion. From calling in advance of the truck coming the next day, to keeping in contact along the way and letting me know when to expect the truck. Mishandled Household Goods 12/29/2014

From the Get Go Had nothing but issues with the pick up to the drop off. Now after 4 times the priced has jumped and threatened that my stuff will be used as ransom I am finding other ways to let the people know how shady this company is. *********I arranged a move for my mother in-law from N.Y. to Fla. I had to change the move date twice but the van lines were very understanding. Everything went well and the furniture arrived sooner than we expected. The only issue was that she received two large pictures that did not belong to her and one of her boxes was missing. Company was contacted but her box was not found and we still have someone's pictures. However, I think All State is a good company more

Easier Than I Thought It Would Be 12/22/2014

I recently had the difficult task of moving my aging mother from Southern Illinois to our home in Southern California. We called All State Van Lines Relocation to help us move all her belongings. From start to finish, this was easier than we thought it would be. Our price quote was based on the estimated weight and contents of mom's house. The only downside (causing 4 stars rather than 5) is that the final cost was about 20% higher than the original estimate. Apparently, we had more to move than we originally planned. The movers arrived right on time and ready to work for the pick up at Mom's house. On the other end, the truck arrived precisely on time for delivery and even though it was raining, the guys got all Mom's precious things into the storage safely. This experience could have been so difficult, but All State made it so much easier than we thought possible. If I ever have to do something like this again, I will be calling All State to do the job.
