Review content:
Tony from Ace Plumbing came by, and he was polite and friendly from the beginning. As he was checking what was wrong, I hesitated. I told him that I had been thinking about getting a new taller toilet and asked if he could tell me about them. He proceeded to tell me quietly with no pressure and with complete information. Then he went back and picked one up to install. The installation was very clean and well done, and the whole process only took two hours.
I was very pleased with the service and with Tony. I would do business with Ace Plumbing again. "Ace is the place," is what I always say.
I also think Tony is a very valuable employee. He should really train others in how to approach customers. He's definitely worthy of more than just repairs.
