Review content:
We had a trench-less residential sewer line, and water service installed to replace our 82 year old, failing systems. Ace provided a very reasonable bid for each of these jobs, combining them into one major operation and assigned an excellent staff to do the work. Jesse Reyes, the Forman, knows his business well and communicated with me every step of the way, providing complete explanations while he oversaw all aspects of the work, which was a bit complicated in our well-established back lawn. His crew, primarily of Jose and AJ, worked diligently and responded with courtesy to our questions and requests. Jesse's relationship with the city's 311 workers and inspectors added greatly to the overall timing and completion of the project. Although 3 fairly large holes had to be dug in our property, they were filled-in afterward so that there is hardly a trace of the dug out places. We are fully satisfied and make our recommendation without condition.
