This was our first time using Ace Plumbing and it was a fantastic experience. The gentleman Dennis, who came out was unbelievable. I have already passed out all of his business cards at the beauty shop that I go to. Our air conditioning went out and we got a referral from the neighbor for another place. They could not make it out for many days so we called Ace. He told us he would be there in 40 minutes and we did not believe him. We have been jerked around a lot and are jaded. Sure enough, he was there in 40 min.
Dennis is so nice and an unassuming guy. We have a rat terrier and I told him that we would put him outside because he can be a handful. He said not to worry that it was the dogs home. He took a look at everything and explained it to us. He was "Johnny on the Spot." We were amazed and have never had that kind of service. I had never met him either so I am not some friend just trying to make him and the company sound good.
He had our air conditioning up and running quickly. I asked if he did other stuff but he said just plumbing and electrical. We will definately use him again and refer the company. I hope this review gets back to his boss. He is awesome.
