I switched over to Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air because they're better than other companies. They're more knowledgeable and therefore work faster. They don't stretch it out and gouge you like other companies do. I feel that their prices are competitive. The service technicians are friendly and cooperative. They arrive on time, and do a great job explaining what's going on and what my options are.
I've been using their services for four or five months. We use their services in our care home for the elderly. They do a variety of work for us, but primarily deal with clogged drains. If I was a plumber I'd want to work for them, because they treat their employees well. I also feel like they are more trustworthy than other plumbers. Excellent service all around.
