Our condo board had contracted with a company to provide internet to the building, and that company was bought by Access Media 3, Inc.
The best thing I can say about them is that they are consistent... Consistently BAD. Today, (second time in a week) the internet slowed to the pace of a snail trying to traverse a continent of molasses. If you want a slow connection, forget a dial up modem, these are your guys.
And in addition to the intermittent connectivity issues and regular slow downs, you'll get to spend about 30-40 minutes on hold each time you call to report these issues. It's like a kick in the chest after they've punched you in the kidney.
Vote with your dollars, go elsewhere. I can't because of my crappy condo board contract. Heed this warning, or you can expect HOURS OF MISERY!
