Review content:
I have had them before for internet it was very cheap but worked well in my other building although it was very hard to get tech help when setting up the internet. Also they would not bill me for months then take it all out at once. I moved to a new building and Access 3 is all we can have and it is worse than ever. I had to wait over 2 weeks for them to come in and hook up cable phone and internet. I was told the day the guy came that internet and phone was down... found out later that was a lie the phone and internet was working just fine. I had to wait another 2 weeks to get someone to come hookup the internet and phone ... then they canceled b/c the woman was sick then the same guy showed up the next day..... Also no one ever answers the phone I have called a dozen time each time having to leave a message and then wait for them to call back usually took about 2 days for the returned call.... I am stuck with them b/c I have no choice but if you can avoid them you should
