They claim to be the most reliable and flexible cable and internet provider in Chicago...hardly. It took them 3 hours to hook up cable in a small 2 bedroom apartment and there was some sort of wiring issue for the internet so we never got that set up and we were not told what the specific issue was. After I called back 2-3 times to try and set up an appointment for the internet they finally told me that the issue is something that I will need to call our building manager about (which we could have done right away had they told us anything about it!). We still have not been able to have our internet set up because they consider these ""flexible and reliable"" hours: only weekdays 9am at the earliest and 4pm at the latest...so now we have to take off work to get this set up. \r \r Even though they never actually set up the internet they still sent us a bill for the installation and have been sending us bills for internet usage even though we have never had it!!\r \r If it wasn't for our building making us switch to these schmucks I would still be enjoying Comcast internet, cable, and OnDemand...oh and I wouldn't have had to pay over $200 for installation either.
