TERRIBLE. WORST COMPANY EVER. EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE HAS A SH!TTY ATTITUDE. Trying to charge me outrageous amounts of money for ""deposits"" on DirecTVs equipment when even DirecTV wouldnt charge me.
I asked her about this and she said nothing she could do and hung up.
We have 7 Ethernet ports in our apartment. we couldnt find the one that was ""active"" so after 8 calls and a hour of holding they sent someone out but not until 2 weeks later. Come to find out one was behind a false wall in the coat closet. Wanted to charge $75 to activate another one in a location that could actually be UTILIZED.
Money Hungry Company...
I WOULD GIVE -10 STARS IF POSSIBLE. The WORST company I have dealt with ever.
